Going on my first Royal cruise in January (Oasis) and booking the Allure for December 2020.  With the new special from MEI I couldn't resist.
 

I second MEI, I've booked my last two cruises through one of their reps and if the rest of the agents there are anything like her, you'll have an amazing experience. Love just getting an email saying "I saved you some money on your cruise". Rather than having to check pricing daily myself, and call in to ask to have it changed.

Agree on the TA at anytime. We originally booked a trip through the website (they created it so it must be the best syndrome) but through suggestions from friends and this blog switched to an MEI TA. It is now so much easier (not sure the TA agrees since she has to deal with us ?), On our upcoming cruise in January we mentioned it was my big old age birthday milestone and when we received the room found out it was one of the extra large balcony rooms. Could not be happier! Will always book through them now.

I have no reason to believe it will be cancelled.
In fact, they just told Cruise Critic the other day things are looking great
 

Expect it in at least 5 business days.

There's two types of escape rooms. Dedicated escape rooms and "pop up" escape rooms.
Ships with dedicated escape rooms, where there is a specific room that only does escape rooms. This costs money:
Symphony Mariner Navigator Harmony Oasis (as of November 2019) Independence There's also "pop up" escape rooms, where they can do it in a lounge. This is complimentary Ships with this are:
Anthem Ovation Brilliance Serenade Harmony (it has both)

That's not even close to same situation. With the crane, entire cruises were cancelled. In this situation, the sailing is still occurring. 

Somewhat related, somewhat not. When I booked my upcoming cruise, It gave the regular option of "We pick" or "You pick". I selected "You pick" but it took me to the "We pick" each time.....after talking with RC, they said the ""You pick" option was sold out. This is one of the frustration points that using a TA can help with, ive learned.  I generally like booking things myself, but after running into issues and having to call RC myself a couple times, I transferred my booking to a TA, and will ALWAYS book with a TA in the future. They can better navigate all of that, and it would save me from the hassle. 
I tell you, after listening to @Matt sing the praises of using a TA, and based on my interactions with them....I am sold.
