Eyeonhevn
In our upcoming cruise, we had already purchased the water package (we aren't alcohol drinkers) and the internet package for one person - when we were given OBC for as shareholders. How did you use your OBC? I'm thinking of using it for either an excursion or diet cokes. Ideas?
loki007
I always use mine to cover some of the drink package. If you are going to Coco Cay I'd use it to buy entrance to the beach club. A nice excursion is always good too.
MomOnTheRun
I'm in the same boat. I have purchased all excursions and drink package before receiving the OBC. Can the OBC be used on the ship for souvenirs, photos or the arcade?
Sharla
I used mine for dinner at Giovanni's Table. I have $2.82 remaining and that will just go toward onboard purchases.
jbrinkm
Arcade for kids, specialty dining, some new t-shirts, paid ice cream or candy, alcoholic beverages (we have refreshment package already), paid fitness classes, extra tips
Montemy2419
We let ours apply to part of the gratuities. The shareholder credit isn't enough to pay for all of it but it takes off $100 each cruise. We pre-pay for the internet and usually our other expenses are the gratuities. ChessE4
Ampurp85
I use mine in the casino or onboard at places like Playmakers.
dustfsu
Use it all over the ship or just one lump thing. It is basically free money towards whatever you feel like onboard. Just think of it as a overall discount or coupon on purchases. ChessE4
CrimsonCruiser
We love using the OBC to treat ourselves to something we may not have gotten otherwise. Usually a pricier shore excursion or a specialty dining reservation. Our TA gives us OBC that can only be used onboard and that I like to use to shop lol
smokeybandit
You don't explicitly use OBC. It just is applied as a credit to your onboard account expenses. For instance, I had $400 in obc for my current cruise. It's applied to my account and despite the daily gratuities starting to add up, I still have a negative balance.
