Is there any casino status at all for this person ? Does it say "Prime" anywhere ? If this person has sailed and gambled on a Royal Caribbean ship in the past year, they should be a member of Club Royale. If all of this has occurred and there is no casino status notation of any kind, that person needs to call Club Royale and ask why they aren't already enrolled. They should be. Call 888-561-2234. I missed out on those in a recent year and now see that I'm back down to choice since they reset each year: Tier Credits are earned from April 1 to March 31 the following year and determine your Club Royale tier status. Tier Credits reset to zero at each annual tier renewal on April 1st. All Club Royale members will receive an extension of their 2020 tier status through March 31, 2022 Quote
