Thanks so much for the help everyone! I ended up giving up the connected rooms and switched us all into one balcony to take advantage of KSF. I switched TA's to one that was offering better perks and OBC and ended up saving us a little over $1500 in the end! Plus got a free specialty dining for 2 and paid gratuities for 2. With those savings and added perks, I think I can live with us all squeezing into one room. And hey, if I love this first cruise experience, we could put that money towards a second maybe?! ?

I'm not sure about the specific criteria of these health inspections, I'm sure they are very thorough, as they should be for the health safety of everyone on board. However, you would not believe how easy it is to fail a health inspection. I'm in the food service industry and from the health inspections I've been involved with, something like an employee not using a paper towel to turn off the water faucet after washing their hands counts as a critical violation. Improper hand washing. Same as if they were observed not washing their hands. And the same as if a food product was not held in a proper temperature range. 
Not a criticism, just an observation. More to prove the point that if a cruise ship received a perfect score, they are certainly doing something right. 
This does not mean that a Noro virus or similar outbreak can't happen on even a "perfect" ship. As we all know most viruses are brought on board by guests.

The big ships have a lot of great amenities and activities, but they can't hold a candle to the views of the ocean like the smaller ships. There is a real connection with the sea on the smaller ships.

The MDR must have been a circus that night!

...and many reviews of Enchantment mention the poor maintenance of the ship, noting the rust stains and other visible wear.  Good to see that the crew is concentrating on the really important aspects.  But maybe I'm in the minority; some rust stains and railing finish don't really impact my overall experience.

It's funny when you are on board a ship you have this sense of the shear size of even the smallest ships, until you are along side an even bigger one. This happened a few years ago when we were on Serenade in St. John, NB and docked next to Ovation. Felt like the little brother or sister next to her.

Although I've always considered my beverage cups only for use on a single cruise, these look really cheap.

The problem I have with all the drink cups is they are too small. I know it's a personal thing and as I am a lazy drinker, besides a big drinker, they just don't hold enough. At home I don't have a travel mug less than 32oz. Oh well, at least with the trips back and forth, I'll get some exercise in. 

The sooner this is implemented fleetwide, the better it will be for all of us. Nothing worse than a chair hog. I hope this isn't a one off for AoS. Rules like these should be enforced for the enjoyment of all. I'm all for getting up early and staking your claim to the best loungers in the pool area, but you better be using them and not just saving them for later.
