Another thing I "learned" last week was that if I dry (as much as you can) in that little shower "pod"....then get out quickly and shut the doors right behind you to finish drying...you trap the steam in the "pod" and your mirror doesn't fog up nearly as bad (if at all).

@Buzzard05 I personally don't see cruising back in July, it always struck me odd that Cruise with Confidence was available all the way to September 1st. To me that means RCCI believed cruising would be affected or interrupted until at least then. If you are on the fence about it...I would say wait. I think there will be awesome deals abound and in the event you can sail in July, a last minute fare should be affordable.

@Buzzard05 oh I see. I was part of the first round of cancellations and we will be getting our FCC supposedly in a week...I understand not wanting to pay anymore for a cruise whose deposit is due soon. I ha e enough money tyed up in royal. I'm not giving more

A little analogy, if we have some incredible Americans that can create a complex machine like a ventilator in a month, is it asking too much for our refunds to be credited in that same about of time.

There's a 50,000 coin 7-day Caribbean cruise up there now. Of course you'll have to leave on Monday. They've got a few others a little further out, but they are a little more expensive (125,000 - 250,000)

Yes, the price varies from ship to ship and sailing to sailing.  So what someone else saw on a different ship/sailing has no bearing on what you would have paid.
Always cheaper before the cruise.

Actually, Matt's comment should really be interpreted as "per ship and sailing." Royal has a revenue target for every sailing, and it varies by the sailing length, ship, number of port days vs sea days, and more. So even within the same ship you can see some big swings in price on the DBP. Smaller / older ships that haven't been AMPed tend to run lower in price, while the newest ships and ships that just got an AMP refurb are (some much) pricier.
I only have 3 cruises under my belt so far (one on Freedom, two on Anthem), but the price both before boarding and after was different for all three. I lucked out with the first two and got a 30% off sale that brought the price down to $42 / $45 per day; the most recent sailing, I guess Royal was doing well enough with their DBP sales that they never felt a need to offer 30% off until very close to sail date... and right when they did that they also jacked up the base price so much that 30% off became the same price that 25% off had been previously ($56 per day). ? 
On all three, the price on board was higher even if a BOGO50 sale was being offered.

Not sure how "brilliant" this is...but we take one of our larger suitcases and put it in the closet with the top unzipped and use it as a hamper (just cram the dirty clothes in).  That way when we get home, we just wheel that suitcase into the laundry room and drop it off.  The only thing you have to worry about with this is the weight limit of your bag if you are flying on an airline that has severe weight restrictions (ala Spirit).
