Been twice on Harmony in the morning and there were 3 other couples there.  In our visits the concierge was busy with us all. My opinion people go there to take advantage of the help the concierge can give

Jame Van Fleet (RC's meteorologist) responded to a FaceBook question about Port Canaveral reopening.  I would think this would apply to any closed ports due to weather:
    JVF
we are delayed until Friday and the timing isn’t depending on us “making a call” but rather we have to wait until Port and Coast Guard do their Channel Survey (for debris under the water) and then we are cleared to “come in”. That take a little time, and add to it, we are uncertain of when they will start. So many moving parts, but we will update as quickly as possible as the details come together.

I would guess there are a significant number of FCCs that are in danger of expiration.  Those unused FCC's also represent significant lost revenue opportunities from on board purchases, dining, drink packages, bar bills, excursions, etc.

You can also follow the Port of Miami and the USCG.
    https://homeport.uscg.mil/port-directory/miami
Ultimately port closures are at the discretion of the USCG.  They have set condition Whiskey for most ports in Florida as of yesterday or today.  As a storm begins to present more risk they will evelvate through a series of port conditions that could ultimately lead to closing a port and that generally requires that most ships leave the port.  If USCG closes a port cruise lines have no say in the matter, they must move their ships out of the port and that could impact the ability to embark or debark a ship on schedule.

just off Symphony last week, the RC Visa rewards redeemed OBC is a Refundable OBC.   Just received the unspent $210 credit back to the card yesterday.
All OBC is listed when posted (no mater how you look at it, App, TV, account print out) as either Refundable or Non-refundable (most of it is this).
If it is listed as Non-refundable guest services cannot do any thing to change it no mater what documentation you have.  That is the way it was sent over from shore-side and can't be changed.

For us (loyal Southwest Airline) we choose the airport based on port city as SW began service to MIA.  Before that we would fly into FLL and booked a shuttle from FLL to our Miami hotel.  I felt sorry for the shuttle driver as they had no passengers going back and the traffic from FLL to MIA in the afternoon was jammed up.

I will disagree that Pinnacle is easy to achieve, at least for us.  We are Diamond Plus, 204 points.  We need 496 more points to achieve Pinnacle.  No way we will be ever able to do that.  We do not have the $$ to cruise that much even with double points for suites.  We would need ~36 (7) night cruises in a suite.

It's been a few years since we used a card and unless they have a Starbucks onboard it's just small, medium and large and I think it was 1, 2 and 3 accordingly. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will correct me if I'm wrong.

As @ChessE4stated it is usually one punch per shot, but like a lot of things on RCCL, this seems to differ from ship to ship and crew member to crew member as reported by many people here.
    Happy Cruising!

No and yes.  You may be charged per espresso shot.  The original language in the coffee card states drinks rather than shots, but the practice on many ships has been to punch for each shot.  One guest had success complaining nicely to the manager that the Cruise Planner doesn't state "shots".   Others, like me, have typically been charged per shot.  For drinks that don't use espresso, you may find more flexibility.  I used to get a chai tea for my wife at only one punch.

Thanks!  I am a coffee novice and only been to a Starbucks or other coffee shops (other than while cruising) maybe 4 times in my life.  We always bought the deluxe drink package so getting mochas or cappuccinos from Cafe Promenade were included.  We now are getting enough C&A drink vouchers to forego the DBP.  Looking at other offerings for coffee and the likes.
