I'm pretty sure that's most peoples' response and I'm not worried about you guys, I'm worried about the others who would respond the same way, but weren't cautious in the first place.

If their address was posted that tree would be cleared of any toilet paper in 30 minutes

Shameless display of wealth...

So at the local market this afternoon, I saw a customer pick an item from the shelf, read something on the label, then put it back. A nearby customer went bonkers: "you touched that!!! You can't just put that back on the shelf!!" I'm saying to myself, lady, you're the reason that there's no bread or toilet paper left in the store....
I didn't realize until now how similar shopping was to eating at the Windjammer.

A decision had to be made between beer and toilet paper......
I guess the beer won!!

Empress is small and can visit ports that large ships cannot. The largest ship I can find visiting is 85,000 GT.
I also question how a stop at St. Pierre-Miquelon would fit the itinerary. It appears it may be a sea day away from the US, followed by a port followed by a sea day to get back to the US.
If St. Pierre-Miquelon was capable of large ships I think we would see it on a frequent basis with so many ships competing for ports.
This is all assuming it too doesn't close itself off from ships due to the virus.

3 1/2 years NED (no evidence of disease). Our May Symphony is to celebrate as we’ve done the past 3 1/2 years. Hopefully our Italy/Greece cruise on Odyssey in October of 2021 will be celebrated official Remission

Being a stage 4b cancer survivor, I adopted stringent personal protocols when I was in treatment that stay with me today. I avoid the Windjammer as much as I can. I take a lot of supplements for my immune system as well. Don’t touch handrails or elevator buttons. Wash hands a lot.

Couldn't St. Pierre-Miquelon also count? It's French territory and closer than the Bahamas or Bermuda.
Empress visits there on its round-trips to/from Montreal.

I won't do anything differently on a cruise -- I already exercise the best hygiene practices I can given the large crowds and the fact the ship's my home for several days.
This has driven home the importance of travel agents for me, though, and I will certainly never book a trip on my own. Also, I now understand the value of keeping an eye on prices even after you book and even pass final payment -- the upgrades that can be found are sometimes fantastic!

@Mljstr I went to the doctor as soon as I got home. What I have is bacterial, not viral. I'm on antibiotics, and it's slowly clearing up.

Yes, my change is I will never book an inside cabin no matter how cheap it is! Just the thought of a possible quarantine in an inside cabin scares me?

No changes planned. I've never been sick because of a cruise. Airplanes are another story.
