If you have never experienced the Mongolion Grill, it is an Asian stir fry where you get to customize the veggies, noodles and meat served.  Royal Caribbean has a secret sauce, which legend says was the captured tears of a unicorn that saved the life of a Chupacabra.

At one point, the Windjammer staff almost called "Alpha, Alpha, Alpha" after seeing us sprawled out, but I calmly explained this is our "in between monogolion grill position".

Once I managed to find the will to move again, it was down to the pub.  No surprise, @Big Dawg Ron and @AnnetteJackson were waiting.

A good time was had by all

My Liberty sailing (6 Sept) has also gone down. No change in UDP but drinks and internet are down. Yippee !

The Deluxe Beverage Package on my November Liberty sailing has been tracking between $51 and 55 recently. This evening it dropped to $41. DBP + internet is $49. Refreshment is $19. Digital Photo Pkg is $119.99. With the exception of the photo package, which is the same as Black Friday pricing, these are the lowest prices I've seen in some time. All the prices for my January cruise are the same high price they have been though. 

I was just alerted that it just went down to $49 for our September Symphony sailing....I was so not expecting to see $40's again

This cruise planner email was automatically generated. Your cruise disappeared off the planner too. Someone in one of my Facebook groups called RC and were told that it was automatically generated and they can’t stop them. 
 
All FCC and OBC will be done by April 30 and you’ll get another email stating that.

I also opted for the 125% cruise planner credit for my 05/11 cruise, but got the email at midnight at states it will be refunded to original form of payment. Like some mentioned above, I didn't think about it, but it probably is just an auto generated email. But I saw that they embedded a link to the cruise planner email address so I shot them an email about it. I'm not worried about it either way, but it would be nice to have an extra 25% to apply toward an excursion or something. We'll see! 

I emailed to, i am hoping to use it for next years. Just sucks i lose out on my 18.00 per day drink package and next years right now is 118.37

Of course, no visit to Perfect Day at CocoCay is complete without a stop (or four) at the Snack Shack for the world famous Crispy Chicken Sandwich!
Luckily, the walk to Snack Shack is quite close from Oasis Lagoon (there are two other locations on the island too).

Snack Shack has an assortment of items on the menu, but like the old Knight from Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade, choose wisely, for while the true Grail sandwich will bring you life, the false Grail sandwich will take it from you.
Pro tip: while they prepare the sandwich, you can munch on mozzarella sticks that are readily available.

Having secured my precious sandwich(es), I savored every bite of these amazing combinations.  

How exciting!!! We're set for Odyssey February 2021 so I'm dying for blogs and stories and pictures of those ahead of me! Haven't done a holiday cruise myself, but I can't imagine how amazing it must be! I'm sure all the experienced holiday cruisers will be responding to you soon!! 

We are on Odyssey November 20, 2020 for Thanksgiving. So excited, just hope the ship is ready to sail by then. We managed a Jr. SUITE and the cruise planner is expensive, but can't wait, first time on this type of ship. On a wait list for a loft suite but happy non the less!

That's right friends, it's time to (pretend to) cruise again and you're all invited!
I can't believe my (non-existent) cruise is finally here, and I am headed back on my favorite ship of all time, Harmony of the Seas!
First, I'd like to point out that I did not start my live blog many months in advance, as @Lovetocruise2002 always  does.
Second, here are the details for this sailing.
Because I didn't pay anything to go onboard, I'm going big time!

We have the Royal Loft Suite booked for this sailing. After all, nothing is too good for my family (especially if it's all pretend).
Having stayed once before on Deck 16 in the suite area, I am looking forward to the suite enclave onboard and enjoying more time in the Suite Lounge.  Who knows, I might just go to Coastal Kitchen!
Our cruise is a 7-night itinerary, with visits to Perfect Day at CocoCay, Cozumel, Costa Maya and then back to CocoCay again! It will be 4 ports of non-stop sun, surf, and eating.

I managed to pull some strings with the government, and got some friends onboard with me for this sailing.  I'm cruising with @Big Dawg Ron, @JLMoran, @AnnetteJackson, @Lovetocruise2002's husband & @Galveston Steve!
Who knows, more may fly during the cruise...because why the heck not! 
My plan is to take the stretch limo over to Port Canaveral on Saturday, and be in the terminal (and subsequently onboard) as soon as I can!

Yeah I'm excited. First time booking Star Class! For those that didn't follow along, i was just on Harmony in January for my 10 year wedding anniversary  and did a live blog here it was a blast!  That was our only other RCCL cruise and had a great time in our Sky Class Loft. Gotta say i was totally jealous watching those genies zip around for other groups. I knew i was going to book one just not this soon!  Seeing some of these prices I just couldn't pass up the deal... seriously not even taking into account that i wont need flights this time its about half the cost of my last cruise and it's STAR CLASS and we can now celebrate wifes 4.... i mean 30th birthday! ( i get to celebrate too my 40th is next week but canceled due to covid)
 
This room looks like it's a newer addition as part of the amplification.  It looks amazing. Has anyone here had the opportunity to stay in one of these rooms? Only 2 things are concerning me. First is no balcony. Obviously  this is made up for with the insane views, just a couple floors up and we got the suite deck anyways. Second is how far it is from the suite lounge / the rest of the star class suites. From what i can tell about the deck plans EVERY other star class suite is aft. I have no issues walking across the ship to get to coastal kitchen (i plan on being more #teamCK this time but now i'll have specialty dining included so still going to be limited, no MDR at all this time!)  a couple nights but I'm slightly worried about genie access with it being so disconnected for the rest of the star suites.  Any input on either of those items would be appreciated.
 
I am ready for a vacation! Working in healthcare int he middle of all this craziness is exhausting!  A September sailing seems like a pretty safe bet.
 
@Lovetocruise2002 Too early to start a live blog @ 5 months out?? ? . I upgraded my phone so I plan on taking a ton of pictures again!

Well my very first cruise was set for May 23 out of Venice and we all know how that has turned out!  But I'm not giving up, I WILL join the cruiser ranks lol  Just booked the family on the Odyssey 8 night Caribbean holiday.  So any tips for 1st time cruisers on a holiday cruise would be deeply appreciated.  I did go ahead and make some dinner reservations - embarkation night, Christmas dinner and 1 night specialty dining for myself and my husband (the teens are on their own that night).  We have a balcony and the teens are in an interior room just a few doors down the hall.  Thanks and happy sailing (as soon as they let us)!  Renee

I have to echo just how great MEI is. Michelle emailed me to notify me about my May cruise being cancelled this afternoon. I let her know my decision to request a refund and she replied in under 5 minutes at 6:30pm! She's handling everything for me, I don't even have to look for my booking number, my sail date or anything :)
I can't recommend MEI enough to anyone who doesn't have a travel agent. I used to book on my own, but this has best the best decision ever! I realize this thread seems to preaching to the choir, but I had to add how great MEI has been. From booking to making changes to unfortunately cancelling Michelle/MEI has made the process so easy.

I feel pretty good about the June 12th return to sailing after watching the briefing from our President tonight.  "Opening Up America Again"  Love It!

I’m booked on Enchantment to CocoCay on...wait for it...June 12th!  So happy! Hope it stands!!!

I knew this was going to happen, just was patiently waiting for an announcement specific to the actual date. Okay, with this being the case I still have 5 sailings my closest one 28 June 2020. Not sure if that one is a go BUT Sharla Manglass with MEI-Travel secured me savings on all of my future sailings due to this April promotion, so if you have reservations time to re-price! If you don't have the benefit of an amazing TA like me call late into the evening when the wait times are shorter. Here is wishing you some amazing future savings, thanks again Sharla...always looking out for us! 

At the moment, I'd kill for just a Chicken Sandwich from the Shack on Coco Cay....it's calling out to me. With a funnel cake and icecream for dessert. And many a CocoLoco in between! Pardon me while I wipe the drool and tears off my face.
