Just got notice from TA that our itinerary has been changed for New Years harmony. Ports that are out Nassau, Labadee and Falmouth.
Ports that are in Cozumel, Roatan and Costa Maya.

Some loyalty ambassadors can help onboard as well.  For instance my wife and I did a hybrid B2B on Oasis then jumped on Allure!  We became Diamond+ on Oasis but Royal takes about 2 weeks to update your status.  I went to the loyalty ambassador on Allure to ask if we could get our Diamond+ pins and she complied.  She also informed us that we could go on the bridge and galley tours which we did not know.  She was the best!

Geese I wish I could remember their names, One on the Freedom rode a bicycle on the promenade.  The other I believe was on Oasis came into Dazzles and sang like 4 songs with the band he blew everyone away he was excellent!
 
I have always said that amongst the crew there is a lot of talent.  One server in the MDR sang a Bruno Mars song at dinner and was incredible as well.

Hit or miss we did Freedom on Dec.30th of leap year and it was gorgeous.  Next year same ship same day it was freezing in fact out excursions were cancelled it was so windy and cold.

saved around $300. on Christmas cruise and another $300 on Halloween, so glad I saw this thread yesterday!

He was the hotel director on Oasis New Years 2019-2020.  That entire ship was only perfect cruise we have had. Now they all have been great but we literally got off Oasis and said we have no little nags on anything.  I met Peter on the promenade and told him this! I saw him several more times throughout the cruise and he always spoke with me.  IMO he is the best hotel director we have had.  He told me he was going the following week on the Allure and he was going to be there for the re-amp.

Ours showed up for 0ct. 30th 2021 sailing about 22 days before sail.

I love the windjammer. I did not love the line cutters, the people who used their hands instead of the utensils the lines provide.
I also disliked the people who bypassed the hand-wash basins at the entrance, to include hand sanitizer gels.  I have witnessed people pick up an item i.e. a piece of fruit, or a slice of bread then decide for whatever reason to place it pack on the buffet.
These people are incredible but because of them I will not miss it.

Not directed at you op but I don't know what the writer expected the cruise lines to do with the crew members.
I mean a global emergency hits all over while these crew were working. At the same time almost immediately countries  began closing their respective borders to include ports. Southeast Florida for instance Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties were hit with high covid 19 numbers so the Governor said that the cruise ships could not return due to local hospitals being overwhelmed. The cruise lines begged to be able to dock however due to the numbers and uncertainty of the Pandemic that just was not going to happen.
Basically the crew were victims of The Perfect Storm.

That panoramic suite is incredible. You will not miss the balcony unless you want wind in your face.
We were on Oasis for New Years and met Executive housekeeper Name of Leo I believe. Anyways we met him on an elevator.  He asked me if I would like to see that suite.
Leo gives me his phone number to call him at 9am on disembarkation day. We figure he is busy so we rethought it and decided not to call him. At 905 am he walked into the lounge we were having coffee at and says lets go why didn't we call. We were amazed!!
The views are the entire 3 walls of the suite.  You will love it, enjoy!
