I responded on this in the other thread but for additional clarity, if you read the FAQs on Boots’s website it is clear the lateral flow test is an antigen test. I don’t know why Boots has a separate booking for rapid antigen and lateral flow tests. Maybe the tests they use are slightly different for each, but regardless each is an antigen test so signing up for either would work as long as it is supervised.

I did the Greek isles on Rhapsody, another Vision class ship, in a GS and liked it a lot.  You really get to know the crew and fellow passengers and I loved the shows in the Centrum.  That being said, if your GS is right below the pool deck like ours was, we had a lot of noise bleed through.  The suite benefits are also not really that noticeable.  I'd probably take JS on Odyssey just for the cheaper fare unless Athens is worth that price to you, in which case I'm sure you'll have a lovely time on Enchantment.

Yes, the prices are over the top ridiculous though.  GBP 200 for 2 adults 1 child, baby in lap for the RC excursion, versus EUR 25 for four first class return tickets on the fast train, reserved seats.  We'll find our own way to the train station for that.

I think you’re fibbing a bit on the “cheapskate” moniker.  True cheapskates don’t cruise in balconies or purchase the DBP…but I won’t mess with your self-image too badly…😇😂

We are scheduled to sail on Ovation of the Seas on 9/2/22.  Our reservation is linked with another couple, booked through Costco. Thursday, we got an email from RC canceling our drink package so went into our app to find our reservation wasn't there but the other couples was.  Called Costco to check in and after 2+ hours on the phone, we have a room on Ovation for the 9/2 sailing but we couldn't get the same room back and Royal offered no compensation for the inconvenience.  We were able to repurchase the drink package at the same price so we went ahead and rebooked that.  On Friday, the exact same thing happened.  Spent another two hours with Costco to get our reservation reinstated.  We were told that we were on some "list" that canceled the reservation.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Any advice to try and get our original room back?  We are now four floors away from the other party and disappointed at the inconvenience this will cause when we are on the boat.

This happened to me earlier this week.  In my case I'm pretty sure the issue was that I had selected My Family Time Dining.
I was booking two adjacent rooms simultaneously, one with me + DS1 and one for my husband + DS2.  I kept getting this same error message so kept trying different cards.  After about 20 mins of trying and failing to book, I noticed I got a confirmation that the booking had actually gone through notwithstanding the error messages.   However, the booking was only for one of the rooms, so only for husband + DS2.  None for me and DS1.  So I went in and tried to book a separate room for me and DS1.  Kept getting same error.  Realized the "My Family Time Dining" option was the only difference for my booking vs my husband's booking (DS1 is too young for MFTD so hadn't been an option when booking his room), so I deselected that option.  VIOLA! Instantly went through.
Later I realized DH was actually booked into two rooms (a second confirmation for him trickled in for him a few minutes after the firm).  This was charged as full fare (when I had been trying to book deposit only) and in a totally different room than I had been trying to book.  ABSOLUTELY BONKERS AND BAFFLING.  However, while I may have to wait forever for the refund to clear, they at least quickly agreed to process the refund without hassle so the guest relations experience went well.

I've read that the app doesn't work for those embarking in Rome.  I think it isn't sophisticated enough to handle to fact that the Wonders med cruises have two embarkation points.
 

When you open the app, click the calendar icon at the top middle.  Then, click the bottom where the date for your saying and below it says "change ship dates".  Then, click the bottom choice of "get more details on ships we support".  Then select" Anthem of the Seas".

False alarm. Looking like most sailings now have suites bookable again.

I had a live chat with them yesterday. I booked in February for a cruise next August and have to cancel. I wanted to book another one using the deposit but she said you had to cancel within 30 days so we have lost our deposit! Won't be booking another one

I watch the news every day. The "lazy news outlets" are reporting infections, hospitalizations and deaths.

Buying stock of a company particularly affected by a crisis while that crisis is still on-going and even in an upswing...does not seem like a wise decision to me unless you have the money to blow and feel like gambling.  Buying stock in a company because you like it much more than the average person is also not wise in my view (insert diversified portfolio lecture here).  
Just don’t want financial novices to see this thread and think this is normal investing behaviour or want to jump on the bandwagon to feel like part of the crowd.
