My number 1 is people disrespecting, or treating crew like crap or that they are their servants! Drives me up a wall! After that its just general rudeness.

Kids in hot tubs, especially younger using it as a pool. Besides ruining a relaxing location it's not safe for them. I get it, older kids can enjoy a few minutes safely but that's not what happens... heck, I once witnessed a man bring a baby (with diaper) in a tub. I bit my tongue very hard as I walked out. Crew members that make us disembark at the end of the cruise. How rude! 🙂

My pet peeve 
All the rest of you interrupting my personal cruise by even being there.
When you see me coming your should move out of the way, give up your seat for me and generally make me feel like royalty.

And I’d like to combine this with people who walk 3,4,5,++ people abreast in Promenades, hallways, walkways, etc.  
 

People sending someone early to the theatre show to reserve 10+ seats, then when the show starts 4-5 of their reserved seats are still empty.

Not too many things get under my skin, but on our last cruise the folks in the cabin next door sat out on their balcony for hours at a time having long and repeated conversations on speaker phone with various friends and family. It made sitting out on our own balcony almost impossible. Even inside our cabin with the sliding door closed, we could still hear their conversations clearly. We'd never experienced anything like that before. Hopefully it won't happen again.

We don't have any "Pet Peeve's" But...
People who think vaping is not smoking and think it's ok for a quick puff in the theater
People who think the elevator is not full and can squeeze a few more on.
Kids hitting all the buttons on an elevator before they get off.
People who get something and put on their plate in the windjammer and decide they don't want it and put it back.
People who gather outside the theater talking and not moving out of the way.
Taking children in the solarium because the pool area is too crowed.
 

Don't you wish you can force those kids to stay on the elevator until the elevator had visited all the floors they had selected.  I bet those kids would only do that once.

Just to clarify there are two departures 9am and 11am it was easy to do. We booked the shuttle out from venice and return to Bologna will NEVER do that again.
Our voucher never stated the outward journey despite lots of calls to RC. 
The Tronchetto people mover runs from the Piazzale Roma, 30100 Venezia VE, Italy is easy to use it's 1.50 and it's only two stops there are about 20 people with clipboards from all different cruise lines so you have to guess which one is RC. They were all wearing Trumpy (yes, i laughed)  tours t-shirts.
The bus had airco and we stopped about 2 hours in for a 10 minute loo stop. 
We were returning to Bologna but on RC ships system it was venice. Lucky I had my voucher with me which said Bologna as the CS were insisting on Venice. 
Bologna is much closer so for all you wanting to do Brilliance choose Bologna airport if you can. There is a handy monorail from the station to the airport.

Covid has been onboard for quite some time, even with masking and the testing.  The strain in January  became more difficult to detect on rapid tests, with many people 3-4 days into their symptoms and still testing negative on a rapid test.  Then there are the asymptomatic people who are spreading it as well.  In all those months people needed to show test results, to Royal so it wasn’t “I’m going to hide it”.  Now with the newer protocol having taken effect last week,  I can imagine there will be some untruths. 
 
I sailed 12 cruises since the restart without getting Covid and on cruise #13, 2nd half of a B2B , I tested positive. 

No tipping on ships. The tip is already added, that's enough.

No one has to tip extra for anything since tips are included in everything you buy anyway.
I wouldn't at all be concerned about a kid getting a drink without tipping extra.
