I'm in the process of Lift and Shifting my Jan 2021 Empress sailing to 2022 Odyssey.  I haven't received confirmation from Royal Caribbean, but the sailing is showing up on my Cruise Planner, so I'm assuming that's a good sign.  The difference between the Owner's Site on Empress and the Owner's Suite on Odyssey is $9200.  Keeping my fingers crossed!!!

We decided to move our 2021 cruise to 2022.  With all of the uncertainty in the air, I would hope by 2022 all of this is behind us.  I hate having to wait that long to get back onboard but I would rather wait than have to change plans again.  I would be very surprised if a cruise ship leaves out of the US this year.

CP purchases are always refundable. I would by it now at that great price because who knows if it will go lower. I regret not getting a beverage package on my Oct 2021 Allure  as now the current sale price has doubled.

If we could live without dogs we'd seriously entertain this sort of retirement.  I'm just not sure I can live without.

eating the $100 pp deposit on a cruise is nothing, how about having bought $6k worth of airline ticket that can not be used, not even in the foreseeable future.  now that's harder to eat,  chomp chomp, not tasting good at all

@WAAAYTOOO Wow thanks for this. I was able to look up my 2br Allure suite and see an actual video. This has gotten me even more excited to try Sky class and eventually move up to star.

Pinging @Lovetocruise2002, IIRC she did that itinerary or the 9-night version in March on Anthem last year.
Can confirm everyone else's positive comments about Anthem. My wife and I love the outdoor seating all the way aft in the WJ that others have mentioned, and also love the CK on board (if you happen to have booked a JS or higher cabin). I've only sailed her in late fall rather than late winter / early spring; just be prepared for the first day and maybe the second to require long pants and long sleeves / cold-weather clothing.
Much of NJ is still on heavy restrictions, and companies located around here that thought they'd start sending employees back to the office in September have now moved that date to January. So I'd be very cautious about this sailing actually happening.

We start off on Ovation on March 30, 2022 with an 11 night New Zealand cruise and return to Sydney on April 10 for a 16 night TP to Honolulu.  We will also be booking the Honolulu-Seattle (or Vancouver....wherever it’s going) once that itin comes out.  Dan and I are planning on staying on for the first Alaska Cruise....so, 4 legs in all (2 of which have yet to be booked).

Canceled my Oasis February 2021 cruise.  Decided to book a Celebrity Alaska 2022 when they release the schedule.  This will be our first Celebrity Cruise.  

In Gornergrat (Zermatt), Switzerland on the way up via train to get a great view of the Matterhorn. It was some sort of lamb curry. Probably the food tasted so great because the experience was AWESOME!
