Carnival newest ships seems to be a completely different cruise experience from the rest of Carnival fleet.
After all this changes I am thinking about taking a cruise on either Mardi Gras, Jubilee or Celebration in the near future instead of the Nickel and Dime of the Seas.

I agree with you.  If, and it is an if, the target of the survey was only Sorrento's, I think they explored a few things around the venue which could also indicate its complete removal on future builds as you suggest.  As I went deeper in the survey it appeared to be a lot about specialty dining as a whole.
Of course it's an easy topic for the fake Matt in the posted youtube video to cover and even the thought of paying for the currently included riles us all up.
RCI has to live with the reputation they've earned around recent changes so I completely understand the skepticism.  We'll all be around to see what happens and free to make our choices.
If it happens, "free pizza" will be one of those items in the ubiquitous "What do you miss..." threads right next to ice sculptures and midnight buffets.  @Jolly Ogre will be there to mention skeet shooting. 🙂

I got that survey today but did not do it as in the part it asked how much you make in a year there was no option for do not wish to answer and would not let me go on without answering.

There was one time when my wife and I were in the hot tub in the Solarium and two really good looking 20-30 something girls got in and moved really close to us and asked if they could hang out. I was a bit perplexed but then they explained that there were some guys hitting on them and they felt that if they were next to me with my H-D tattoos then the guys would leave them alone...They were very sweet and well mannered girls.

This has happened to my wife and I a few times over the years in various places.  It caught me off guard the first time, but my wife knew immediately what was going on.  
 
Part of me is bummed that we are at the age where look more like parents to the younger people than peers. 😁
