Was curious if your deluxe drink package that you purchase on the boat is effective here at royal beach club like cococay and labadee? There’s nothing that says it does but, wanted to see if anybody knew. I understand an admission price but, seems silly to buy another endless drink package when I already have one on the boat. Thank you!

What "boat" are you talking about? Some ferry to take you from the port over to the beach club?

If they roll this out across all brands the tickets most likely would be on your sea pass card you wouldn't need your phone.   According to the letter posted by Pattycruise it it states your sea pass card with serve as your key.

Also if you're worried about having a physical piece of paper to serve as a reminder all you need to do is access your calendar while in your stateroom.  Your calendar if you don't want to use your phone is also located on your stateroom TV.

If this rolls out across all of Royals brands this really isn't a big deal you have to have your sea pass to get off the ship it would be the cruisers responsibility to know the date and time, Royal would need to incorporate the pick location into your TV calendar once rolled out digital excursion tickets would cut down on a tons and tons of waist.

You can print from your TV in the room? When did that happen?

I don't disagree with the digital tickets...but I am thinking of the mass gathering of many shore excursions at different locations in the Nassau port. The tickets are usually checked when you get in line (or at least, I think so? My memory is not so good!). So at the very least, I would hope that a digital version of the shore excursion ticket (in the form of what the excursion ticket would look like) would be available on the app so port staff can quickly see if you are in the right line or not.

But then, if you don't have internet access in port...how could you pull up the ticket on your phone? I guess taking a screen shot of it while you are on the ship's wifi would be advisable?

How is it I can use the app or the phone when it is turned off and locked in the cabin safe?

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask if anyone who sailed recently has seen any changes in how enforcement is handled during security screening? I know rules haven't changed, but sometimes enforcement can be stricter or looser depending on port or date. Curious if anyone has had recent experience—especially with gummies or oils in checked luggage.

Do you want to risk being denied boarding, banned for life or possible jail time?

If so go right ahead and try it.

  5. Well this is $91.28 per guest on my upcoming Oct Utopia cruise and I will not be choosing this excursion.

I have better places to visit in Nassau that I am very happy to frequent that is just a block from the port. Oh and it is a local place and not a big chain or corporate owned business.

Oh and Kalik is 2 for $6 and margaritas are $10 for sm $14 for lrg.
