It's possible that your $400 has expired. Credits DO have an expiration date. If you have multiple credits, they may have different expiration dates and the system doesn't automatically use the "oldest" ones first. That's on the cruiser or the cruiser's TA.

ill-fated "dynamic dining" concept that Royal invented when designing those ships.
Royal certainly didn't "invent" the concept. Disney Cruise Line was doing it (and doing it well) long before Royal unsuccessfully ripped off the concept.

I've always gotten a paper copy. Could be a suites thing though.
No paper copies for us in suites since the last one we received (which WAS a suite).

Those are already in place on Reflection.

Could THAT be the problem?

Typically, a folded paper statement is clipped by your door,
You must be in their system as always requesting a paper copy because the last time we received a paper statement was on Liberty in 2016.

While I want to make sure I give credit to great service, I will say the constant reminders to give a 10 really annoy me

If I was otherwise inclined to give a "10" (which is unlikely because 10/10 is perfection and there is rarely a case where perfection is achieved) and hear something resembling "give a 10" the score would go down (just as it does from whatever score has been achieved).
10/10 being the only "acceptable" score means there is no real desire for continuous improvement. If you're not moving forward (improving), you're moving backwards.

I still can't get a cold beer.
Good luck getting a cold beer ANYWHERE outside of the United States and parts of Canada.
Of course, on ships with a majority of passengers being US citizens the societal norm should be the ship's norm.

That August timing is consistent with the 6 month contracts for entertainers. Our February cruise on Reflection was the cross-over week of one group finishing up and the next coming on board to start.
-
The time to complete is so short because they obviously don't think cruisers are smart enough to remember more than a few days after the cruise ends.

Price drops are not just for PDCC - check your other excursions as well.

I appreciate the feedback. I don't have any plans to change it, but I am curious on an average day, how do you know to visit the site? Meaning, do you just think "Let me go to RCB and see if there are any new posts" or do you usually get notified of new posts from social media, Google, etc?
The only time I typically go to the home page is when I've restarted my browser. When I type "ro" the rest of the url auto-fills. I typically just click over to the forums at that point without checking the posts, mostly because of the excessive scrolling required if I'm not specifically interested in the first story. A list of topics readily visible would definitely get me to check out more blog posts. Otherwise, I only tend to read them if they're linked in a thread on the message board.

Never got them (and we were definitely C&A members when they were a thing).

I always answer the question about whether there were requests for positive ratings honestly ("yes") and then on the next question I am forthright - "I was asked by multiple people for a positive survey rating." If all the requests came from dining room staff, I may or may not mention that (depending on how my day is going when I completed the survey). I have never given an individual name.
You definitely do not want to call out an individual unless the intent is to have them reprimanded (or worse).

One of the best parts of this is that you don't have to worry about spreading the weight around amongst your bags. That one really heavy bag will almost never be charged an overweight fee (unless your airline is particularly finicky).

Thanks for the answers. We want to take in Seward but didn't want to haul our suitcases around.
You can also drop off your bags with the porters (don't forget to tip) and be on your merry way. Complete the check in process later (just don't miss the required all aboard time).

Our first cruise was on Song of America. Small enough to dock in St. George's, Bermuda as well as in downtown Hamilton before the development of King's Wharf.

"Bamboo Room" and "Laphroaig" in the same breath just seems so incongruous.
