Not sure if you opened the link, but, yes, there is a space for a medical practitioner's signature, registration number, and a stamp of identification at the bottom. The practitioner's name, facility name is listed at the top.

From that same aforementioned cruising group, people reported that their ships were able to dock in both Cozumel and Costa Maya.

A passenger received this letter from the VP of NCL today, it was posted in one of my FB cruising groups. I wonder if Royal is planning to send out something similar soon.

As previously mentioned the Port of Seattle is cancelling sailings April 1st and 5th (https://www.portseattle.org/news/port-cancels-first-two-sailings-seattle-cruise-season)
Port of Seattle has now banned Seattle as a port of call, meaning if your ship was to stop in Seattle for 1 day it will not now. (Subject to change)
Many restaurants in the Seattle area are closing or reducing operating hours, one of the best know restaurateurs Tom Douglas is closing ALL 21 Restaurants except dahlia bakery for 8 to 12 weeks. ( https://www.tomdouglas.com/restaurants) If you are going to a restaurant best to call and see if they are even still in business.
Restaurants that have closed permanently: Local 360 (http://www.local360.org/) and Arriba Cantina (https://arribacantina.com/)
I'll post updates as they become available, anyone else feel free to add. Knowledge is power.

RCI lost 67% in 2008, so far they are only at 61% but that will change this week.  It's not exactly unchartered waters, they managed the last couple of times, they'll weather through again.  It's not just cruise industry stock either, the whole market is in the dumps.
PS - It'll be something else in 2028 or 2030.    This isn't the first and it won't be the last time the stock takes a big hit.  Wait for the bottom and start buying when it starts to consistently trend upward.
Also, last year when asked about a pending recession that in the winds Royal responded that they won't make the mistake they made last time.   Last time they put projects and expansion on hold during the downturn.  They stated next time they'll continue with expansion targets taking advantage of softening in shipyard business and the like to turn it into an advantage.

I have been concerned for months about the continual RCL spending and bragging they use as advertisement:
    $250M for Coco Cay
$300M for a new corporate headquarters
$250M to make a new terminal in Miami and make the dock 100 feet longer
    $165M to revitalize Allure
    $116M to amplify Freedom
$300M for an existing hotel and dock in Freeport
and on and on and on........

I mentioned this today on the Insiders FB group and it's worth stating here;  I think Royal is in serious trouble because this elephant does not dance to slow music.
I think they will dock all the ships until at least September. It will be cheaper to cease operation than try to combat the hostile environment.

I think this could very well happen in the next 30 days.

With everything going on with this virus, I certainly hope that management at RC isn’t dumb enough to do something like this. Cruise lines are already under enough pressure as it is, the last thing they need is to come across as dishonest.

Jewel of the Seas March 16th cruise: Official notice of cancellation received this morning from RCCL.
We have also received information from our Canadian friends who are currently onboard Jewel of the Seas that the Guest Services staff onboard are saying that it is very likely that the March 23rd cruise may also been cancelled. However, no official word has yet been received from RCCL to confirm this.

This is turning into something huge..contrary to many ppl's reactions and statements here a week or so ago.

This has the potential to decimate the cruise and airline industry. And its just in the early stages here in North America.

No, the sky is not falling, but it is pretty bad.

Our travel plans have been affected already......one leg of the flight home from Miami was cancelled(but booked on a  later flight) as airlines are cutting back on flights due to lack of demand. And if you want a ticket now on the amalgamated flight..its like $1400 economy!!

The basketball tickets we have look like they are no good. The final nail in the coffin will be what happens to cruise's in North America. I predict we are one major outbreak on another  cruise ship from something massive happening.

On top of that our dollar has plunged so our vacation is already 10% more expensive then we planned before we even start it.

So our 6mths of planning, saving, booking is turning into hoping for refunds, exchanges and now looking at other vacation options to Cuba or Mexico.

And this is just our 'leisure" time  and money affected..never mind people dealing with this medically and job wise...

Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but thought it was interesting the reason given passengers for today's cancellation of the Caribbean Princess sailing.  Passengers received notice that it was being cancelled as they anticipated a "shortage of labor" in the Port Everglades terminal.

So I just looked it up Only 3 sailings on Royal would be effected so far by this travel ban.. All 3 on Jewel of the seas.. Now if they extend the travel ban longer than 30 days its a whole different story.. Basically Royals Europe season starts May 2.. So I wonder how long the Europe Travel Ban will last

I think Yes.. Vicky Freed Vice President of Sales and deals with travel agents did a webcast on Tuesday and said this was proposed to the White House on Tuesday.. So I am pretty sure that yes this is going to go forward. Basically it requires people over 70 to get a form filled out by a doctor saying they are not sick and fit to cruise.

accio7 got a reaction from Rene Desmarais in Port of Seattle closes to April 1st and 5th sailings
Just as a heads-up, the Port of Seattle announced earlier this afternoon that they will be closed for the April 1st and 5th sailings impacting the March 29th sailing of Grand Princess and March 30th sailing of Celebrity Eclipse. Here is the full 2020 schedule for reference.
The cruise season in Seattle contributes $900 million to the local economy and supports 5,500 jobs, so let's hope that this public health emergency is resolved in time for the Alaska season. (Ovation's first sailing is on May 17th.)

RCL has lost over 2/3 of its market cap and the short term future looks very bleak as they will find it hard to maintain high occupancy on their ships..I don't think it is an exaggeration to say the entire cruise industry is in uncharted waters at this point. I am hoping more than anyone that this blows over but even many avid cruisers are cancelling their vacations right now.
