    I have gotten several price drops since I first booked my cruise
    on  Nov 2020. I have saved 481.00 and just last week added 175.00 OBC. It pays to keep checking the price.

    You're not wrong. Humidity is brutal and then there's the russian roulette every summer of will you or wont you get slammed by a major storm.
    I tend to forget about all of that when I do my 1-3 hour drive to the ship instead of flying.

    i believe this rule of thumb breakdown from royal's site still is pretty accurate:
     
    Formal nights:
    3/4/5 Night Cruises - Usually on Day 2 6 Night Cruises - Usually on Day 2 and 5 7 Night Cruises - Usually on Day 2 and 6 8 - 10 Night Cruises - 2 Formal Nights, Days vary by ship and sailing 11 - 14 Night Cruises - 3 Formal Nights, Days vary by ship and sailing 15+ Night Cruises - 3 or 4 Formal Nights, Days and number vary by ship and sailing Oasis and Allure - Day 2 and 5 on Western itineraries and Day 2 and 6 on Eastern itineraries

    Yeah, I'm leaning toward the terminal parking. When I get off the ship, I'll want to just start heading home, not having to wait for a shuttle and stuff.

    My wife renewed hers did everything at home filled out the paper work mailed it priority and she got her new passport back in 10 days. That was through the Philadelphia office.

    I noticed the credit of $100 after I changed my room to larger balcony for $2 more! Whoot! Last time I called a few months ago they said it was only new reservations. Happy dance 💃

    It's one thing for the CDC to ban ships sailing longer itineraries due to public health concerns.  It's another matter altogether for the CDC to become involved with how cruise lines market cruises.
    Someone needs to challenge this in court.  It's a government overreach and potentially violates freedom of speech.  "If you talk about cruises longer than 7 days we are going to shut you down".  
    #DefundTheCDC. ?
