Ampurp85 Posted February 22, 2023 Report Share Posted February 22, 2023 I feel like a lot of new cruisers do not. My bff's mom cruised with me in 2021 and I handled everything. She loved it and booked her grandchildren and son on a cruise Sept 2022. She complained about the long line and late time of her check-in. I asked what time she got, and she never checked in on the app. She showed up at the terminal and they made her wait until after 2pm, then they did everything at the port. Now she knows better.
