  1. Passports, credit card to put on file and pictures of each cruiser (think passport style pictures)
  2. Flying into Miami in a couple weeks and need to get to Hampton Inn And suites in downtown Brickell. Any suggestions on the best way to get there? Looks like there may be some shuttle services but thinking maybe Uber may be cheaper or easier possibly?
  3. I’m surprised they don’t do this to be honest. I bet it would generate decent revenue for them and people would be willing to do it for your exact reason of convenience.
  4. We have one for our November cruise on Freedom but since we purchased it 6-7 months ago we haven’t seen it again. Was always checking too to try and get a lower price but no go.
  5. Thanks for the replies! Glad that everyone seemed to enjoy it!
  6. Just wondering if anyone has done the sushi class and could let me know what it entails and if they thought it was worth it? Thanks for any insight!
  7. Typically any activities involving alcohol like tastings or mixing classes the drink package does not cover so you would pay the additional charge regardless.
  8. I miss the “horse” races on the pool deck where you make bets for who would win. Don’t remember exactly how it all worked but I’m it got the pool deck going good.
  9. They are open on port days. Usually little to no lines too which is a bonus.
  10. You should be fine with noise in those balcony cabins. We stayed in a promenade view room on the navigator a few years ago and never again. The live music felt never ending when trying to sleep. We were surprised how not sound proof those rooms are.
  11. How about we just chill until something officially happens or doesn’t happen. As far as I’m concerned what I booked is still showing on my cruise planner as reserved so nothing to get upset over. I also booked this knowing it was most likely a mistake and may turn into nothing so I can’t get mad about it when it gets corrected. As far as I am concerned it was so clearly a mistake that I don’t feel I am owed anything beyond my money back. Just my opinion.
  12. Yup sold out for Freedom in November too. Let’s see what happens
  13. I was just coming on here to post about this. Seems like a great deal. Wondering if someone priced it wrong. The all access tour alone is usually over $100pp. And the internet for two as well. Seems too good to be true considering the key is still there for $32pp per day.
  14. We are sailing Nov 2023 and have already booked coco beach club. Showed up at least a year before our sailing date.
  15. I think you should be good. Smart to arrive the day before but I don’t think you necessarily need to arrive early the day before. However I usually like to just to start my vacation that much sooner lol.
  16. You will have plenty to do on Voyager and Freedom Classes for sure. Wife and I went on Navigator after Allure a few times and we were not disappointed in the least. The only surprise to us was how narrow the promenade felt in comparison to the bigger ships. Really makes a difference. But in the end didn’t really matter much. Navigator is actually one of our favorite ships now I regards to layout and styling on the pool deck.
  17. Agree with everything @helloxdestinysaid above. Wife and I got married back in 2009 on Liberty on embarkation day. Had about 30 sailing and 30 non sailing guests. Definitely have to go with the flow and just laugh off any issue. You have to get on the ship and get ready quick. We were supposed to have priority boarding but it got messed up for some reason but can’t remember why now. Funniest part of the whole thing was my tux was the only one with wrong measurements so it was super long everywhere. I just switched with my brother since we are the same size so at least mine would look normal lol. Weren’t thrilled with the wedding photos as the mostly all had a weird look to them but photography on the ship has come a long way since then. Other than that food was great, open bar was a must and service was as expected. For trying to save some money it was a great alternative to a traditional wedding for us.
  18. We were able to watch the two videos for muster prior to even getting to the port morning of the cruise. Once boarded we just needed to head to muster station.
  19. We just did our tests this morning at 7am and we leave Saturday. It was a very easy process. Give yourself about 25 minutes per person if using one device. If you have multiple devices do them at the same time. There was no wait for a proctor but the one tip I will add is that after the 15 minutes is up you will hear a chime and you have to hit the “I am ready” button for the proctor to come back to check the results. That button was not on our screen without having to scroll down a bit and we were afraid to touch the phone so we let it ring for about ten minutes before checking we decided to scroll down. Plus they never told us to hit a button as They said they would just come back after 15. Worked out in the end so no harm no foul.
  20. We are testing on Thursday and had this same question! How long does each proctor test take typically? Just trying to plan our morning so we have enough time before work.
  21. That would be ideal! I hope it’s the same on Allure!
  22. Good to know! That makes me feel better about it for sure!
