wordell1
My guess is that you would have to book a hotel and quaranteen until you could pass the test.

If it’s like returning to the US from Mexico ….. You’ll have to quarantine for 14 days, at your own expense, in whatever hotel you’re ordered to stay in regardless of how expensive the hotel may be. Lennna
This is what is on the Royal website! •If you test positive for COVID-19 during the cruise, Royal Caribbean will cover the costs of COVID-19 related medical treatment onboard, any required land-based quarantine, and travel home for you and your Travelling Party. steverk
Part of your visa fee to enter the Bahamas includes travel insurance. Therefore, I believe, but do not know, that your insurance would cover the cost of quarantine. Even so, it would ruin your vacation.

I want to know how they'll treat vaccinated people that test positive. Will cruising shut down again if that happens?

In 2020, they just locked the ship and hoped for the best. That wont happen again.
