New Club royale prime status

I was on a cruise last week (feb 2020) and got my club royale prime membership. I want to ask if my prime status ends on march 31 this year and resets to zero or is it valid Until next year which is march 31, 2021? Thanks!!

The status resets each April. Here it is from the Club Royale website:

b.For Tier Credits earned after April 1, 2019, the following rules shall apply.

i.A Program Year means the period from April 1 of a calendar year through March 31 of the following calendar year;

ii.Tier Credits earned during one Program Year will be used by Club Royale to determine the Member’s Tier Level status for that same Program Year;

iii.At the beginning of each Program Year, the number of Tier Credits held by each Member shall be reset to zero.

So, since you attained Prime status before 1 April, you will have Prime status from now through 31 March 2021.  Your points will go to zero on April 1, 2020 and you will start collecting points for the 1Apr 2021-31 Mar 2022 year. You are always accumulating points for the next casino year.

And since you made prime now....in April you will be awarded a prime level free cruise

The Prime cruise is a 7 day cruise pretty well anywhere. A pretty good deal. You are now Prime until 31MAR23.

Let’s say you cruise twice during the year.  Cruise one you earned 1500 points and cruise two you earned 1,000 points.  Total would be prime, correct?  Or, is it you have to earn 2500 on each cruise?

2500 points between April 1 and March 31 earns you prime. It's cumulative.
