While I totally understand many companies are in an environment that they never saw coming, I think the other problem with refunds is the silence on Royal side or lack of direct updates.  They did give time-frames when the original refunds were supposed to be issued.  All of these dates have come and gone without an update directly to the consumer.
Other than the sheer amount of refunds they need to process, if their system or lack of personnel is holding up the refunds, let us know!   I know they can inform us on an individual basis because I got important information about my March 8th cruise after we got back home via email.

Yet again another lie from RC. My refund was processed, per the email I got from RC, on March 14th. It is now April 20th and no refunds anywhere in sight, nor is my future cruise credit. They are stalling and making up any excuse they can along the way.
Quite frankly, what pisses me off about this situation is people on the later cancellations are receiving their refunds and FCC before people on the original round of cancellations.
I am calling today again to figure out where my money is, I'm starting to wonder if my FCC was processed and never emailed to me as I have read that happened to a few other people also.

A crew member from the Oasis die Saturday in a Fort Lauderdale Hospital.  Ironically, he got on 3/15!

I hope that isn't the case.  Flexibility is what will keep us happy!

Not sure what Disney and NCL is thinking or what they may know but they still have their return to sailing date as mid May.  Not that I would ever sail on them but just curious. 

@RBRSKI It seems like RCCI might be erring on the side of caution. While Disney and NCL is going best case scenario. RCCI might want to avoid setting themselves up for failure by booking more May itineraries and having to offer FCC or refunds. Disney and NCL want that money, they are like the thirsty people at Florida beaches today.

Well the protestors in Michigan and California have to be some of the worst neighbors.

I totally agree with most everyone's response,  I was on the Adventure for NYE and got off with a nagging cough.  The A symptomatic aspect of this virus is making it very hard to nail down.

These people work so hard, it is very sad our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family, we appreciate their hard work and dedication to keep us happy and healthy on our adventures. RIP
