MotleyCruiser reacted to IslandBoundMama in Navigating Our Way To Allure - 8/12-8/25
Mariner was docked beside us and we also had Norwegian Dawn and Carnival Liberty with us. We disembarked to meet our tour group. After what seemed like forever, we were finally on our way to Blue Lagoon.
The boat over was a pretty subdued atmosphere. The tour operators and most of us hadn’t had enough coffee apparently.
We enjoyed the view of the mansions on our way over. Once there, we had some time to kill on the beach before our encounter.
There was a jellyfish warning posted, but the water was so clear I wasn’t concerned about not seeing it first (hopefully).
Lil guy was still traumatized from his crab encounter and then he heard someone mention the jellyfish and he was outta there. Ugh...
Hubs finally convinced him to let him take him out on his back. A little later he was asking for his snorkel mask and was back to himself.

MotleyCruiser got a reaction from Matt in Cocoa Beach Shuttle (to terminal)
I agree with Matt. REPRICE. It is a little bit of a pain if you're the one returning the vehicle but it's better that the cattle call on a shuttle that will most likely stop at every hotel on A1A. I used Budget and returned to that actual location on Astronaut Blvd. I also returned to that location after the cruise and picked up a car and dropped it the next day at MCO Orlando International.

Why don't you just grab a handful at McDonalds when you're there next! ?

MotleyCruiser got a reaction from raahc in Cocoa Beach Shuttle (to terminal)
Here's what I would do... flying in to Melbourne Airport, rent a car for three days, drive it everywhere, drop everyone off at the ship, return the car solo 1 1/2 miles away, take their free shuttle back to the ship, save money.

MotleyCruiser reacted to AshleyDillo in Houston Space Center Tour
Can't answer your question, but maybe consider renting a car for the day? Then the luggage can be stored in the car and it allows you to drive to the Houston Space Center and then to the airport for your flight.

Exactly what you need to do.

Mr D’Souza has a truly international palate. He was born in Dubai to Indian parents of Portuguese decent, spent most of his life in the Middle East, and then attended university in Switzerland
I'm thinking NOT the best International palate to judge Texas BBQ.

Believe it or not I was impressed with the Butterfly Conservatory.

Book for the adults. Add the kids once on board. That is the only way to get children pricing. It’s $10 for your 12 year old.

I would book now and go to Next Cruise to see if the can improve upon your booking.

MotleyCruiser reacted to DunkelBierJay in Southwest Early Bird Checkin
It's more likely you will have a boarding number between A-10 and A-30...I think it's over rated, and intended to generate revenue.
If everyone in your group is on the spot for online check-in exactly 24 hours before your flight, the likelihood of sitting together is pretty good with a B1-30 slot. Those odds go down if your plane has passengers from the previous flight flying through.

MotleyCruiser got a reaction from Hoski in CLASSIC SODA PACKAGE
Ahhh, Just enough to confuse everyone. What you consider SODA in the USA is Soda Water, Club Soda, or Seltzer. Soda is alllll the flavored ones brought to us by Coke and Pepsis and the like. The Coca Cola Freestyle has Soda Water, Filtered Water and 125+ more options. You want Orange-Vanilla, Caffeine Free Diet Coke...they got it!!! Raspberry Spite Zero....yep. it's a MEGA soda fountain! So the soda pkg will work UNLESS you're looking for Pierre or Pellegrino types.

MotleyCruiser reacted to Lovetocruise2002 in Free Photo???
It's on the Welcome letter. Also, when you go to the photo kiosk and scan your card, there will already be an option there to select "free Diamond photo" to your cart.

MotleyCruiser reacted to ChessE4 in Free Photo???
We actually did this on the Harmony in May. As @Lovetocruise2002 mentioned, you will use the kiosk to make your complimentary selection. Special frames cost extra - you will receive the photo in a plastic page.
