Royal should also warn cruisers not to drive to embarkation ports due to the possibility of being involved in an a car crash.

Great tip! I didn't know you could do this, I have a SW trip to Nashville in September, and I just did what you suggested and saved a lot!  I originally paid $225 each for 2 one way tickets, and they were down to $66.  Amazing!

We have been trying to get to Coco cay since before this miserable pandemic and we are finally here on Oasis. This could not be better and cooler. I watched, we watched a million videos of this island and none of really prepared us for how freaking awesome it truly it. Kids are having a blast and there is no better value on vacations at all. We will be back here on Oasis or anthem and probably both. This splash away bay is just amazing. The dump buckets are just so much fun. This vacation was worth every penny even with a 7 month old which can be a bit challenging at times. 9 year old is having the time of his life. Just loving this! Loving this!

    Nope.
Like countless other ailments of the past, present, and future.  Be it viral, bacterial, sprains, strains, etc..  There can be lingering effects that affect us for a time being or permanently.  That is/has/will what happen in life.  It's not new or unique.  Just because we don't test test test vax vax vax, doesn't mean we aren't taking things seriously.  That doesn't determine the definition of taken "seriously".  FOCUS on a healthy daily lifestyle that fortifies the body for battle....then we can binge and induldge on vacations!  😉

Have some perspective, covid today isn't covid of 2020. I have 4,500 employees, in 2020, a few died and about every 20th one to get covid was hospitalized, Many were in the ICU, it was no joke. In 2022, I've had over a thousand catch it this year not a single hospitalization. These last few weeks at any one time 100 have it, 10 a day come back, 10 go out, I give them all free 2 weeks of paid leave if they test positive and it does not come out of their regular leave balances so as to not encourage people working sick so it is not under reported and I get daily reports. In January this year  me and my three Moderna shots, wore a mask, still caught it. Wife got it in June, same shots. So why would I give a a darn about covid, masks, or tests, we caught it six months apart, had our shots at the same time, still shared a bed while we were sick, still kissed goodnight and didn't even give it to each other either time. Just stop the testing, I'll walk into a covid ward and kiss everyone there, nothing can stop it and I am not afraid of it. Even the head of county USC hospital in Los Angeles (the furthest from right wing conspiracy theorists you can find), in a county reimposing masks said that almost nobody in the hospital with covid is in the hospital because of covid. It's over!

P.S., my employees are about 65-70% vaccinated, in 2022 there is no discernible difference in their odds of catching it or how serious it is based vaccine status or mask wearing or prior infection, not in catching it or catching it twice. What was true on 2020 and 2021 is not applicable to 2022 My study, because of workman's comp is in depth and is as big or bigger than other studies you read online and from my data, nothing stops it and its no big deal if you get it. If you are on death's doorstep or scared to death, stay home. It's endemic and it is the common cold now, let's move on, nobody was wrong and nobody was right, stop blaming but do accept that it is over.

Have you no trip insurance?  When is the trip?  Might you be covered under Cruise with Confidence?  Can you move to a ship more to your liking?  If you booked when the amplification was being advertised, it was clearly prior to Covid and probably CWC eligible.  Did you book yourself through Royal?  If so, call and ask what options you may have.  If you used. TA, call them.  Complaining here will do nothing.

This is a fan site, and not affiliated with Royal Caribbean. Nobody there will read your complaint.
I doubt when they advertised the amplification of Explorer of the Seas (and Allure), they had no idea that the pandemic would hit and cause them to shut down for over a year and lose billions of dollars, making the amplification fiscally impossible.  I would never consider that "false advertising".
Personally, I'd go anyway.  You haven't "lost the money".  You are choosing to do so by not going on the cruise.  You could still have a great time if you chose to do so.
    Good luck.
(I can't speak for anyone else, but personally, I sleep quite well at night).

Awesome news! And as to the person saying OP should basically be kinder to those who want to mask, they were kind, exceedingly so. Wear a mask if you want to. Those of us who have been against violating people's rights for two years (because 0.0% of these mandates have ever been voted on) have had to develop very thick skin. We don't get to make posts like this, we don't get to point out basic science that's been proven time and again over the last decade, we get to remain silent or get cancelled. So, our skin is thick. And yet we're still absolutely happy to let you wear a mask, it's your right, remember that, remember that we're not the ones trying to force things on you. Try to be kind enough to do the same.

AOlivr got a reaction from whitsmom in CBD/CBG OIL. What constitutes Full vaccination.
As to your question regarding vaccinations/boosters: My husband and I are sailing out of Copenhagen at the end of May.  When I am on the RC app and looking at the Healthy Cruising section for our cruise, it states "Guests must have received all doses in their vaccine series and have received the booster if the second vaccine was administered over 270 days (9 months) ago."  I know it's confusing because the RC homepage/Healthy Sale section does state that boosters are not required at this time, but I think you need to look at the app for your particular cruise and see what it says.  Of course if your vaccine was less than 9 months ago you are fine.  You also need to check with the country you are visiting to see what their requirements are.
