I don't care how funny you think your joke about any politician is, it has no place here.
Most of you are well aware of this rule, and the fact someone else posts it doesnt give you carte blanche to respond back.  Report it and the mods will deal with it.
This is not the forum for political discussion. Nor is it the place to discuss alternative theories on how vaccines "work". 
If your post doesn't include something about cruising, it doesn't belong here.
I know some of you are reading this and thinking "Can't we have civil discussions?" or "Why are you censoring us?" or "Why does @Lovetocruise2002start her live blogs so darn early?"
The reality is you will convince no one that you're right and they are wrong. All it does it antagonize everyone, make some people truly angry, and lead to insults, name calling, and pages of arguments that are meaningless.
Consider this the final warning on the political discussion.

Not necessarily. While some people report feeling very badly after getting the second dose, others (anecdotal evidence here as I am reciting what older friends have experienced) say they didn't have any ill effects from the second dose.

I received my dose at my office and my wife received hers at Gillette Stadium, we both got one of those CDC cards. ?
Now I get my 2nd in two weeks from today and my wife's in 3 weeks from today. ?
So that'll be two Saturdays in a row that one of us feels like crap. ?
 

As @Cruisin4ABruisin points out, the employer requiring vaccination is not a violation of the individual rights of their employees. Each employee has the RIGHT to choose - Do I want to get the vaccine and keep my job? Or do I want to skip the vaccine and leave my job? Free will.

No sir, this has been held up in federal court; your employer is completely within their rights to mandate this or any other vaccine they seem fit. The hospital I am on staff has a laundry list of vaccines that the staff must adhere to. 

I get science, and I get not putting other people's health at risk due to my own selfishness 

There have been news articles about the risks of ID theft from posting images of your COVID vaccination cards.  While your photo doesn't show your name, you may still want to remove it.  Besides the ID threat, people have also created cards that show they've received their first vaccine with a real lot number which "proves" they are eligible for a second shot.  They do this twice to receive both shots when they aren't actually eligible to receive them yet.

I also have one of these cards.  (I'm sure millions of American's also have one of these cards). 
I will also attach this card to my passport. ? 

I will say the CDC here in the US did a good job on the documentation of the vaccinations. My "Covid-19 Passport" is now ready to go and have it clipped in my passport
 

I got my first a week ago.  My wife's getting hers this Friday.   
So hopefully we'll be flying to Tampa the last week of April and the last week of May. ? 
We're booked on Allure this Dec 5th. (got a great price on a Jr. Suite).
So hopefully the norovirus and the Covid Virus are under control.

Saw an interesting article this morning that the Biden executive order requiring facemasks on all public transport is being applied by the CDC to cruise ships ... so face masks could be expected to be mandatory except when actively eating or drinking. Of course the CDC would have to allow a cruise ship to sail before that would become relevant.

Guess we'll have to do more active drinking going forward?

I enjoy active drinking much more than passive drinking anyway ... honestly i think the corona in my hand is pretty much a cruise staple ?

The time for beer hats has finally arrived! Easy drinking without mask removal, as long as they come out with a cocktail version for me we're all set.

Look for a Royal Caribbean patent application in the not-too-distant future. ????

It won't be (by the U.S.) but it will be enforced by Royal Caribbean as part of their "Healthy Sail Panel" recommendations, just as it is being enforced and applied in Singapore right now on the Quantum of the Seas.

By Royal dropping you off at the next port and saying "No refund, getting home is your problem now."

By the CDC saying, we saw a picture of a person on your ship without a mask ... fleet grounded again.
