My husband and I did the same thing on Mariner, we went to see where our room was located and saw our luggage and just grabbed it.

Yes, I'm on Liberty now.
No masks, including ports (Cozumel,  Costa Maya, and Roatan) - only boarding and disembarking due to federal transportation mask mandate.
No social distancing at events, dance floors,  etc
You can sit at the bar again!
No reservations for shows - except Ice Show.
No checking in/out to windjammer 
It feels like Covid never existed! 
 

On Mariner now with about 3,000 passengers (75% of total passenger capacity but granted it’s spring break season).  There was a sail away party with dancing and we see an 80’s dance party on the schedule for later in the sailing.   Also, I’ve seen some plastic straws!!!   Great times!!!

In this case, which requirement do you see going away first? Vax requirement or pre boarding testing?
I am fully vaxxed so selfishly I want testing to go away because it adds too much stress!

Ok, so the Wonder of the Seas has finished its inaugural voyage. All the media, youtube bloggers, vloggers, and wannabees were there.  I could have been on that cruise. I declined my offer, as I KNEW the inherent risks of these first time cruises.  Much like the start up of a new restaurant or the launch of a newly designed car,  one needs to be aware of  deficiencies that will happen or "bugs" that need to be fixed.   I've watched numerous clips on posts from other bloggers, which I won't mention, but its honestly laughable they did not expect some hiccups on this type of cruise.  Good grief, we are still at the tail  end of a pandemic , with supply chain issues, people issues, (lack of ) etc.   I am not in the least surprised at all the deficiencies/problems that occurred that these bloggers were crying about...  internet, things not working in staterooms, shows not at full performance, sprinklers, shortages of this and that...etc   I have my differences with Matt H.  I dont always agree with him, and I already have one warning of abusive behaviour for jesting with another poster which I thought was unfair.  Regardless of that, I can see that this is Matt's baby, its his show, and he takes it very seriously probably as a sole source of income.  His report on Wonder of the Seas is second to none. Most of the videos produced are high quality calibre, and on point and come across in a very professional journalistic presentation.  I simply shake my head at the competition.  I don"t watch Monday's live youtube anymore as they are simply too repetitive on questions, and I can't wrap my head around super chats.  Regardless....well done Matt and congratulations on your success and thank you for what you do. Cheers!

Is there a better feeling than passing your pre cruise covid test?  It's a combination of relief and the now certain knowledge that I will be sailing in 2 days!
 

My TA just sent me an updated Booking Confirmation because he repriced our cruise and saved me $714.04!  Needless to say I am doing my "Happy Dance!" 

If the bottle-filling stations are closed you should still be able to get water from any open bar. I don't know that they'll fill your cup directly, but like the WJ you can probably just grab a couple of glasses to dump the water from.

They do have water filling stations at/near the Windjammer but some are shut down due to COVID restrictions. If open, it is requested travelers don't fill their bottles directly (I have a contigo and just use a cup for the dispenser and pour it into my bottle).  If not open the WJ will have people providing cups of water, lemonade etc. and will be happy to give you a few cold glasses to our in.  Alternately the main dining room waitstaff will fill it for you from one of their handy water pitchers... the bar staff will likely do the same but I haven't tried.

My husband and I did this on our honeymoon and are doing it next month. They emailed me back saying they forwarded my request to the the ship for processing but recommended me emailing them again 14 days prior to leaving just to confirm.
For the most part, you will be able to get a table for two 🙂

No, but another question, does anyone check their app 50+ times a day hoping for a new cabin number? 😂 Guilty...

Turn it off and lock it in the safe until you get back to the home port. Don't use it at all on the ship.

I hope they change the negative result test 2 days before cruise.
