New offer on the website this morning (thanks, @twangster). We can’t use it but hopefully others can.

It’s taken a lot of cleaning up on y account.
Alas, you are correct. It seems all I do lately is try and clean up their account blunders (both Club Royale and C&A). I thought I had it all straightened out and about an hour ago I got a email congratulating me on having 6 C&A points on my Gold account. Ugh. It’s one account disaster after another…

We enjoyed the new smokfree casino as well. As @Snotarni said, the old Vintages bar is large and convenient. It never occurred to me that passers-by would just drop in for a free casino drink but it makes sense. I never noticed.

First time cruiser and will be on Mariner of the Seas 3/3026-4/9/26. Pretty picky with shore excursions, so, at least for my 1st cruise, wanting to stick with RC hosted excursions. Falmouth will be my first port stop, nothing terribly exciting here, IMO. I just want a beach day as I love to snorkel but wanting a good snorkeling beach. I can’t find any shore excursions for Falmouth, either on the app or on RC website….none at all. What is going on with this? All other ports on the app and website show excursion options, just not Falmouth. Any other snorkeling enthusiasts that can suggest a beach for me?
Congratulations and welcome to the addiction.
You made a good decision re: Falmouth. Since Falmouth is a relatively “new “ cruise port, there are not a lot of exciting excursion locations nearby. Most of the recognized excursions (e.g. the Falls…can’t think of the actual name) are at least a 45 minute bus ride away. But be very careful in Falmouth if you wander outside of the compound on your own. The local vendors can be very aggressive. From experience, we never ever go outside unless we’re in an organized group of some kind. Frankly, we rarely get off the ship at his port anymore but this is your first time there so I encourage you to try it…just be aware and have a great time !

2025 GO FOR THE BOLD OFFER NOT AVAILABLE 6/17/2025They took it away!
Yep. Ours are both gone, too. It had to have happened in the past 30 minutes b/c I was just showing it to Dan minutes ago. This is soooo Royal Caribbean IT. Such utter incompetence.

Anybody surprised that Royal does not have plans (at least none publicly) to provide a beach experience for suite guests similar to what some other lines are doing (like MSC) or like they do at Labadee? Seems like this would be a further opportunity to differentiate their sky and star class offerings (especially for ships where there's no Coastal Kitchen)?
Not surprised at all. Royal has realized that they don’t need to give the upper tier guests anything. In fact, they have started selling upper tier perks to GenPop….The Key, Barefoot Beach cabanas and the new Genie program just to name a couple. The private island real estate is too precious and has too high a $$ potential to just “give” it to the upper tiers for nuttin’.

They must be rolling this offer out, according to whale-ness. Dan is a baby whale and I am a minnow.

Sorry to take an offramp on this thread....but has anyone else gotten the offer "Go For the Bold" ? It's listed for both Dan and me on the website but it also says, "Offer Not Available". Maybe it's something that is coming but not yet implemented. IF so, that would be a first ! (something on the website before being actually implemented).

Who else thinks that @FionaMG is THE most helpful and informative blogger on Royal Caribbean Blog (and also Cruise Critic) ? Fiona, I think you are NUMBER 1 !!!

Well it was a very relaxing cruise. Did not get to see you.
I looked for you (at least, what I thought MIGHT be you) but never had the guts to go up to a stranger and ask them if they are the Jolly Ogre !
It was a great cruise for us, too. After 10 nights on EN though, we were ready to get off.
We're on Wonder now and it's such a stark difference. When I step onto an O class ship after being on some of the smaller sisters, I am ALWAYS amazed at how much more there is to these big ships....it's like I'd never seen a big ship before ! ...but we still love the little ones, too.

Andy, did you ask for or receive any sushi food options with your hibachi meal ? I’m trying to determine whether they are strictly enforcing the “Unlimited Dining Package” rules or if they’re still allowing SC guests to order whatever they want.

It’s hard to understand how they could NOT include gratuities ! They’re going to quibble about $20/pp/pd ? Really ?

I didn't get any of that.
Dan got it in the mail yesterday. His was silver where it looks like @Hoppy2BHere’s is gold. Is that a magnet ? Dan thought it was a coaster !

Completely agree with you re: the water feature beneath the Rising Tide. I really don’t know why they removed it.

The one and only Royal Up I have ever "won", was for a larger Ocean View Balcony.
The larger size was barely noticeable.
I totally agree with this. IMO, there is NO difference between a regular balcony and one of their "Large" balcony rooms. Additionally, (at least, on the O class ships), I find the "Large" balcony rooms to be located in an undesirable location. They are on the forward "hump" and are a long walk from either elevator bank, but particularly far from the aft elevators, which are the ones we most often use. I wouldn't pay ANYthing extra to get a OV "Large" balcony....in fact, I avoid them.

Anyone have any experience with the Balcony Suites at the very back of the ship? The views sound great, but I'm worried about engine noise & vibrations.
A lot depends on which ship class. The aft balconies are nice for almost all of the classes but on the Voyager and Freedom classes there is a lot of metal superstructure that acts as an obstruction. I still find those rooms to be nice, even with the metal superstructure but some do not care for those rooms because of the "obstructions".
