    Just checked the app and online and both are now showing the correct points balance!

    I've noticed that it usually takes about week for the points to update on the app and on the website. We got off Voyager last Sunday so was fully expecting to see the points in my account this morning. Opened the app and the point total hasn't changed so I went to the website and sure enough the points haven't updated there too. However, when I check the "past cruises" tab, I do see last week's cruise with the 14 points I earned but it's just not reflecting in the total.

    The 2BR Aquatheater Suite on Harmony had the same half doors on the showers as the Jr. Suites do. It was... ineffective. More of a suggestion for the water to stay near the tub/shower than anything. Wound up using more towels to keep the floor dry. 
    In contrast, the Jr. Suite bathrooms on Odyssey were amazing. Full tub, separate full rain shower with glazed window to let the daylight in, and a completely separate water closet for the toilet.

    This is not a possibility! The airport is about an hour drive from the port and normally you would need to be there 3 hours ahead (maybe 2 but that would be pushing it). And the Rome airport is a very busy airport.

    Same thing is happening with me. I used to get all the emails and then it suddenly stopped some time ago and now only my wife gets emails. I have checked and double-checked my communication preferences and all is as it should be. I spoke with the host in the Diamond Lounge on Liberty in November and he was going to look after it but nothing has changed. I even spoke with a CS rep who noticed that my emails were set to go to my TA and promised to fix it but still no emails! It's frustrating to say the least.

    I believe the way it will work is that there are no tickets for the shows but rather you present your SeaPass card at the entrance. This I have experienced before. There may be a section for suites but I'm not sure. Once you're in then it's general admission. No separate line as usually everybody will need to reserve to get into the show. The reservations requirement is due to the popularity of the show and most probably limited showings as well.

    I think with a boarding pass and if you have an iPhone you can just add it to the wallet app and it'll be available from the lock screen.

    Sounds like our exact situation 2 weekends ago. After disembarkation my wife and I grabbed a cab to the airport and, due to her status, we were able to have the airline hold our bags for us. Then we grabbed an Uber and headed to the Galeria mall for a few hours and then grabbed an Uber back to the airport.

    In August, when we sailed on Odyssey, we used a car service from the Rome airport to hotel and from hotel to port. The company was CabRoma and the service very good and had better prices than most of the other car services. www.cabroma.com

    Those are actually your spouse's points counter you see when you log into your account but they still know how many points you actually have, they just don't display it.  Your personal counter is tracked in the background.
    Whoever has the highest points counter is displayed for everyone in a family relationship as defined by the CAS.  Yet individuals still only earn points towards their individual point counter.    
    If tomorrow you were to cruise alone your own point counter would go up but since you don't see your own points you won't see any points increase from that cruise.  Behind the scenes your personal points counter will go up but since you currently are seeing your spouses higher number reflected in your account their number will not go up from you cruising without them.  
    Only if you cruise alone enough that your own personal points are now higher than your spouse's individual points will you see the number go up.  At that point your spouse would see your number when they logged into CAS because your number is higher.

    This situation happened with me as well except that it was my wife and son that went on a weekend cruise back in March. When checking points once she got back I was surprised to see that my point total also went up the same value as hers. So our point total and status are identical.

    I had this issue with my app but not on the website. I would go through the process of linking the reservation and getting the message that it's already linked, press the back button and then the missing cruises would reappear. This is happening a lot lately, but it seems to be okay now as all the cruises appear on the app today without having to re-link.
