We upgrade our casino offers all the time as we don't like staying in interior cabins. We have upgraded to balcony or JS depending on the deal they will offer us. I find that the offers haven't been as good as they were a few years ago but what we do is combine my offer with my wife's offer to get better deals. You can do this if they are the same offer codes. Since we always combine offers, I'm not sure about the how they calculate the fare for the secondary guest however I have seen the offer say that the second guest is at a reduced fare.

You may want to consider Hideaway Beach for your couples getaway. There's often promotions available and it's worth it to be "kids free" for a little while.

My wife and I concur with this opinion as well. We were on Freedom last weekend and really enjoyed this area. Much less claustrophobic than the NS casinos on the Oasis class ships.

The tenders go to both docks but I'm not 100% sure if the Athinios dock is only for excursions through RC (and other cruise lines). It's really not a place to be unless you're catching a bus for an excursion.

Depending on the car rental company, they may have a shuttle to the port after you drop off the car. I did this a few years ago and it worked well.

Not sure why they won't correct it. Our first sailing was on Majesty for our honeymoon in 1994 and our second RC cruise was Oasis in 2013. Before heading out on that second cruise, I called C&A because they changed the way they gave points out and after providing some proof that we were on Majesty, we were given 7 additional points to convert to the new point system. So whoever said you can't get the points is wrong.

We enjoy going to Hideaway Beach but the price for our November Wonder cruise is currently selling for $86.88, I won't pay that much. Our first time there, in February 2024, we paid $26.99, in August 2024, got it for $43.99 and the last time there, a couple of weeks ago, we got it for $53.99. So February 2025 was double what we paid for a year earlier and to top it off we had a very overcast and cool day so we couldn't really take advantage of our time there. That's the risk with any vacation and totally out of everyone's control but disappointing none the less.

Got off Symphony on March 2nd and had a great time. Didn't notice anything unusual and it seemed clean enough to us.

Last year my wife and I were on Oasis second week of January. We commented on how many tweens were on the ship. Turns out, they were mainly from South America as their Christmas break hadn't ended yet and were on as a big group.

I'm not sure what the distinction is between Uber/Lyft and private transportation but we used, last February and will be using again this February, the services of SAS Transport. It is a ride share service and they will take you from the Port of Miami to FLL. Price is reasonable as well, should be $15 pp.
