Just keep watching I believe prices will go down for cabanas, they have gone down for Zip line, Coco Beach Club etc for our Dec sailing. I would think they will go down closer to the sailing, depending on how many they have left.

I don't really care what they call it as long as I'm happy with the bottom-line price.

We just canceled coco beach club in dec (79.00), got it for 68.99. Still 79.00 for our other cruises, but we will keep looking.

Once upon a time, I daydreamed about being a U.S. Navy submarine skipper, so I've known about AUTEC for a very long time; but, like @StayFrosty, the mine field/shallow testing area was news to me...though it makes sense as an additional testing ground for sub skipper skills with the evolution of warfare to a more littoral setting.

I am not aware of any law regarding the rapidity of issuing a refund.
As for banks, once the refund is submitted to the bank by a company the bank has three (3) business days (from COB on the day of the refund) to make funds available if the amount is less than $1000*. The time is extended to seven (7) business days for larger amounts (meaning 9 calendar days because there is guaranteed to be a weekend in there). If a refund is issued after 5:00 p.m. local time for the financial institution, it is the beginning of the NEXT business day so there can be four to ten (4-10) full weekdays before the money must be available to you.
*This was the amount that was in effect when my wife retired from banking. It may be higher now.

Ive realized I have PCCSD....yes, the dreaded Post Cruise Cancellation Stress Disorder. My family wants to reschedule our cancelled cruise, and im finding myself reluctant, scared, and I keep thinking "what if....". 
That being said, were eyeing Oasis (my first Oasis class cruise) or Odyssey for Spring Break '21. This should all be over, and cruising back to normal A YEAR FROM NOW............right?

That’s right, there is a US Navy shallows/mine field training area just to the west of a Coco Cay.  I had known about the much larger deep water training area to the south but the minefield was news to me.  
The facility that support these areas, AUTEC, was used to support the US response to Hurricane Dorian.

Just check our Nov 30th and it is still 79.00. I have learned much on this site, Buy when you see it, if price drops cancel and redo. I check the cruise prices and have called and to get a price match, they have done it for us.

This is why I don't talk to my non-cruising friends. I don't need that kind if negativity in my life. And why you guys are stuck with me.....FOREVER!!! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Ahahah that's a good one, it's true, everyone is scared with the idea of getting on a cruise nowadays. 

Edited out my knee-jerk frustration to say: I know prices will change as they get closer to final payment, just as they always do. Patience is the key (I'm saying this to myself more than anybody else...).

It is completely insane.  And so frustrating when your coworkers won't follow social distancing "rules", potentially endangering everyone in the workplace.

I'm not a doctor, nurse or even a teacher of @Lovetocruise2002's caliber, but....I think the effects of covid-19, even if mild, lasts way longer than 3 days.
