The jet skis are from the beach side of Coco Cay so that should be available.  The parasailing use to be where the tenders came in, so that should be no problem either.  
We did the parasailing a few yrs back.  There are only about 8 people on the boat.  Make sure they bring their cell phone with them.  When we did it, we just handed off our phone to one and asked them to take pics.  One person brought a Go-Pro with them.  He was by himself and we all were in awe and laughing...he was literally doing back flips when he was up in the air.  Not saying that every boat operated would allow that, but ours did.  It is definitely worth the money impo.

Hi there - you're spot on about the refreshment package.  It does include pretty much anything that isn't alcoholic.  Starbucks coffee (as long as it isn't a freestanding kiosk), soda, bottled water, fresh squeezed juices, virgin cocktails, you name it!  Most ships even include Johnny Rocket's milkshakes, but there has been some discrepancy about that lately...
Your refreshment packages include gratuities in the price, but if you receive really great service, the bartenders really do appreciate the extra cash.

I just ended up buying pretty rare luggage as it seem someone always grabbed my old black bag, no matter what I did. Then I had to go chase someone down to get it back. 
I have yet to see someone else rolling around with matching hard case harry potter luggage yet!?
 

The card will only let you travel by boat or car. To fly you will still need your passport book.

I love the big ships (never been this big) and my husband is on the fence.  So the more I educate myself to improving our cruise they more he'll enjoy it too.
I plan on filling up with all your advice and then when on the ship putting it to good use but just having a great time and enjoying ourselves!!
We have learned it's all about attitude.

Thanks all for the kind words, but the key word here is "community".  I can only do so much and it's thanks to all of you and your helpful assistance (and occasional sense of humor) that truly set the tone for what we do here.  Thank you all for making this such a great spot to chat Royal Caribbean!

Yeah, I hear it gets pretty critical elsewhere ?
Reminds me of a certain Disney related forum which will remain nameless.  Great information to be found there, but it gets just so negative at times that I can't stand being on it.  I understand though, people spend a lot of money on a vacation they want (expect?) everything to be perfect.  I like to look at it another way though: I spend a lot of money on a vacation so I'm gonna have a good time if it kills me!  Like I told one of the bartenders on our recent Indy cruise when we were talking about Coco Cay and the weather, "Well, if we miss it I will be disappointed, but I will just have to have a great extra sea day on the ship!"  Luckily we didn't miss it, but I was prepared to have a good time regardless.  And thanks to @Matt and this entire forum I knew to order a Coco Loco at the bar and I must say that me and my entire group were thankful for that knowledge.  I have a friend carefully experimenting to recreate the exact recipe, he was so enamored with it.

@Matt really runs a class act here.  People here are wonderful and welcoming.  We dont care if there are 450 questions about the drinks package, or shore excursions or the Royal Up program.  We dont care if newbies to cruising ask what ships to avoid, or which ship is the "good one".  People here are so kind and opening.  I've never felt the need to go to the "other" place when all I need really is right here.  

For all the newbies here, this is just a testament to the wonderful community that @Matt has created and one that we are all fortunate to have found ?
