I can't wait to cruise again. I got my vaccine and I really don't care if I have to wear mask. Everywhere you go now , you have to wear mask. Hotels are same . I just don't understand people why are complaining . If you like cruising that will be same like going for dinner, hotels etc. At least it is so much more fun on cruise. I hope my July cruise will happened

I'd also add that wearing a mask for me isn't all bad, either. It helps to hide my little double-chin and lets me grimace at folks who try to do me wrong in public spaces. ?

I got my first a week ago.  My wife's getting hers this Friday.   
So hopefully we'll be flying to Tampa the last week of April and the last week of May. ? 
We're booked on Allure this Dec 5th. (got a great price on a Jr. Suite).
So hopefully the norovirus and the Covid Virus are under control. 

I just got my first vaccine 3 days ago. I am ready to go > I am hoping my first cruise is July 11. I don't mind if it is any restriction . It is still much better then any other vacation.

Covid is apolitical.  It attacks and infects regardless of physical borders or virtual borders created by virtual fences created by politics.  
That's all well and good but when posts move beyond expressing a view and words are directed towards individuals it moves to another level beyond the scope of a cruise centric community. 
It's also disrespectful to the owner of this wonderful community and forum when posts venture well beyond the scope and purpose of this forum as established by its owner.  This is not a forum to discuss if Ford is better than Chevy, if Airbus is better than Boeing or if the price of tea in China is appropriate at the moment.  It's a simple request, keep it about cruising.  There are plenty of other places to talk about all the other stuff.

Those rules are not in place forever and are only relevant to the local govt authorithy. 

In saying that I will gladly be on the first ship sailing with those rules and know many who are the same.

The news always takes the "doom and gloom" approach because it garners way more ratings than "things will be fine".  
They always latch onto the worst case scenario discussions because it gets them clicks/views.

Overeating. My hubby and I wanted to fit as many dining experiences into our 4 night cruise that we wound up napping or falling asleep after every meal (and we did not accomplish much else!) ???

Will this " Do Not Cruise" request have any effect on travel insurance for US citizens?
Some Insurance Companies look for any loophole to avoid paying out! 
 

Black Friday generally nets the best deal.  However, my advice is book it as soon as you are comfortable doing so.  Then monitor prices and get price adjustments as the price changes.  You will always get the "best deal" that way.  There is no guarantee that Black Friday will always be the best, and there is not guarantee that the price won't increase once sailings resume.  Best way is to lock it down.

Highly recommend this! And if you can bring friends and family with you even better.  Nothing Better than starting the new year on a ship!
 

Those people just hate fun.

I too completed the survey some time ago.  I was browsing some of or the negative reviews and believe there are many posting surveys that have never set foot on a ship.  Or possibly disgruntled former passengers who had a bad experience.

@Jaymac Radio Just finished posting an email in favor of lifting the no sail order, I read it over multiple times to make sure it was fact driven and devoid emotion. Enough already, we want to sail!

My December Harmony sailing will be my 5th cruise cancelled this year. Right there with you in disbelief.?

Never in my wildest dream I will think that I will cancel 4 cruises this year. I love cruising for New Year but reality is very questionable. My next cruise is back to back in May 2021 and It seams like eternity . Nothing is more exciting and more fun then cruising  

In 3 weeks I need to make decision should I pay final payment for December 27-th cruise with "Harmony of the Seas". I have no idea what to do. I miss cruising but I don't want to go if it is like this. Should I wait or cancel?

I think you have this backwards. If you're so selfish that you refuse to get tested when everyone else is required to, then maybe you shouldn't be on the ship to begin with. 

Testing should continue to get easier, faster, and more accurate. Apparently this test is a saliva test, rapid, and quite accurate.  It certainly gives me hope.
