If you want the extra OBC, you have to book non-refundable.
If you book the cruise at NextCruise and specify you want the refundable rate you will get a smaller amount of OBC.

If you make the reservation now through the Cruise Planner, you will be charged for each reservation immediately.  When you board, you can get this refunded as refundable OBC, but you're going to front the money now to secure the reservation.

You are not taking away a slot when you register them. You're just making it easy to sign them in/out since you'll already be registered.

You get a cheaper cruise and a refund after the cruise.  You won't be charged for the no-show unless he is attached to a discount of some sort that you aren't eligible to receive (casino/police/55+).
This is the other thing you could possibly miss out on.  It's a YMMV on this.

What really happened: After canceling 1 set of port stops, cruise lines returned with no issue.

This is the cup on Allure today for the 8/20 sailing. It is insulated. Not as big as the former insulated cups with the clear lids and wide top/narrow bottom.
If I were to take a guess Id say they are the size all the way up as the narrow part of that style.
Also it's a pop lid vs the screw lid so kids might have a harder time opening them themselves.

Have you tried going through the India portal?  When you go to the main website, at the top right of the screen there's an option to change the country. If it stays United States, try changing it to India and see if that helps you.

When I'm paying, this is my line of thinking.
If I'm able to choose, I'm always going to drift towards the cabins that are closer and more convenient to the places that I frequent on the ship.  Most of the ships have the MDR and Windjammer aft while the theaters are forward.  If you spend a lot of time in the Solarium, you may want the room that is closer to the elevator bank that services that area of the ship.

When your documents are ready, you can access them through the website when you are logged in.  When you're looking at your list of cruises, there's a link that states View more details.  Your documents (eDocs) will be available there when they are ready.  The luggage tags are in the eDocs. Sometimes there even will be a separate link to the luggage tags.

You would normally do this on the Royal app. However, they have recently removed this requirement so I’m surprised you received an email asking you to do so

There will be a dedicated suites boarding line at most ports, but no escort onto the ship.  No special luggage porters for Sky Class.
As for luggage tags, you don't have to print them out. The porters can handwrite them if you aren't able to print your own.

EatSleepCruise has one in their Navigator of the Seas restaurant guide.  It was last updated in 2020, so probably pretty current. (https://eatsleepcruise.com/navigator-of-the-seas-restaurant-guide/ is the guide and HERE is the menu.)  Keep in mind the different ships may have slightly different menus. For example, this Navi menu has smoothies and those aren't available on all the ships with Cafe Promenades.

It does say it was made for Royal on the bottles. Oddly enough I've come across it at a small boutique hotel, same bottles and scents minus the made for Royal Caribbean statement on them 🤔

It's not the best, but at least they're trying to utilize the space during the evening when there isn't a view.  I always wondered since they went fully climate control enclosure on Wonder for the Solarium, if they wouldn't dip their toes into turning that area into an entertainment venue in the evenings with the same kind of technology projections onto the panels.
