No, the limitations are gone.  You just sign up on the first day like you're used to doing, then all session are drop in.

It's really all about what you're looking for in terms of what the ship offers. We don't care about all the bells and whistles, so any cruise ship is just fine. Do we take advantage of some of the bells and whistles when they're available? Of course we do, but their existence doesn't determine they type of ship we book.
If you "need" the bells and whistles, skip the smaller ships. If you don't, there are advantages to the more intimate environment.

This does sound smarmy.  If you knew, at the beginning of the cruise that your play would yield you nothing, why would you even bother to play ?  That makes no sense.  No incentive to even try.

Oh back to the old normal good days of norovirus outbreaks from time to time.
I understand the reason behind RC decision (mainly manpower issue) but at least they should add some hand sanitizer on each table or at least spread some stations (and yes I am aware it's not killing every norovirus).
Other options is to take pictures of people that touch food with their hands or return food from their plates and hang it out in near the WJ doors 😂 , the shame wall.

In other protocol news, the Windjammer is fully self service on Harmony. I was under the impression crew was still serving guests, but that’s apparently no longer the case.

I'm sorry to hear you're not having a great time.
Is it possible that since you cruise a lot, you got used to the lower capacity that spoiled us all up until this spring? I know I had to re-adjust my expectations and strategy once capacities starting going beyond 60%.

Maybe cruising every month makes it harder to just enjoy being on a ship no matter what the little disappointments might be. Our first cruise since the shutdown is coming up this month, and I would be happy to help serve meals or clean stairwells, just to not be doing it alone in my own house!

Just noticed the work on the Roll Call section.   The addition of Ship names, and then differentiation by sail dates.

    Looks really nice!

Our Kids love it (age 10 and 6). If we let them they would spend all day in AO. We find that we spend most of the day with our kids taking advantage of the slides, pools and other activates on board (or venturing off on an excursion) during the day. After dinner most nights, we let them stay at AO while we watch a show, grab a drink or make a non-tax-deductible donation in the casino, which is great for us. But for them, I think they benefit from interreacting with other children their age. Especially ones that aren't siblings they have been confined to a stateroom with all week.

No booster required as yet.  If, however, you have access to all the required information, I would just add it to your card.

Caipirinha’s by the pool are my go to but not every bartender makes them right.
    Strawberry Blondes are pretty good
We we’re on Wonder last week and I have to say the BEST drinks on the whole ship were at Mason Jar. I don’t even like bourbon but man those bourbon craft cocktails were the bomb! Every one of them!
Best bartender we’ve ever had on any ship was Malcolm at Mason Jar. This guy really has a deep understanding of all things alcohol. He made my friend her own drink: Sandi Special. It was awesome! We drank many! He also makes an excellent chocolate martini. Have to have one before bed! Schooner bar also made great chocolate martinis.

I usually just purchase a next cruise certificate. That way you still get the on-board credit but can apply it to a cruise later on

Not Oasis class, but my husband really liked the Honey, Honey drink they served in the Music Hall on Anthem.

The booster dose doesn't have to be listed to board the ship. But you should get it fixed in case in the future RC does require the booster

We have had our boy with us on several cruises. He really likes time spent in Adventure ocean as well as spending family time in the pools, waterslides, and other onboard events. He was 6 on his first cruise and is 9 now.
It is great for the wife and I  to have our vacation down time as well both together and on our own out and about the ship.

With sea days and evenings on port days there is plenty of time for both scenarios.

    Welcome to the message boards!
Adventure Ocean is supervised day care for kids. Think of it like camp more than anything.
The benefit for your kids going is they can play with other kids and do things kids want to do. That frees you up to do adult things.
    It's complimentary up until 10pm.

I like the analogy @Matt used on his livestream that getting rid of the protocols is like saying ‘hey our team is in first place, we should get rid of our best players, we don’t need them’. I don’t like the testing either but it is what has made cruising able to happen and keep numbers low.

Vaccines also vastly reduce chance of severe illness if one does become infected. I would imagine cruise lines would far rather set aside a few cabins for quarantine than have to worry about interruptions to their schedules due to having to do a detour for medical emergency. (I know they still will occasionally have to do this, but less likely for covid related problems if passengers are vaxxed)

ok, so last week I got tired of waiting for a Royal Up and I upgraded to a Junior Suite from a Balcony. It cost me and additional $1200. Today I see that the cost of all the rooms went down so I called to get repriced. I can not believe it an you probably won't either but they repriced me at a $750.00 discount. Yes, that is correct...$750.00. I was amazed since that was not the discount that I was seeing on my ghost booking. When they sent me the updated paid invoice, it showed a the full $750.00 difference. I noticed that I got a credit for $430.00 and it was a Senior Discount. My mom who is a serious cruiser told me that it is because my husband is now 55yrs old. When I first booked the cruise he was on 54yrs old. I hadn't even thought about a Senior Discount. I was super excited:). We also got a discount for the state we live in as well as the sale of the day. It sure pays to check your room daily. Just because the same promotion is on, please remember that they change the price of cabins/categories daily. Sometimes several times a day. With all my repricing since I first booked on April 2nd 2021 I am $150 cheaper that the amount I originally booked for a Obstructed Balcony and remember, I am not in a JS. I am so happy I just cant stop smiling:). Oh yeah...I also still have offers in for Royal Up. I don't think I am going to get one, but that is ok with me. I have gotten so much already, I can not complain.

Yes. When using the Optum tests you actually go through eMed to do the telehealth testing. These are the same as the Optum tests but at a lower per test price point.

Is it a Kids Sail Free cruise?  Not all dates and ships are KSF; when you choose a cruise, it will let you know if it's included in the KSF sale.  For example, 5-day to Bermuda on August 27th on the Adventure is a KSF sale, but if you choose a different date for the same cruise, it's not KSF.
