Last year I had this problem numerous times on the website.  If I remember correctly,  on the sign in menu down the left side,  scroll all the way down to the bottom and there is a country/flag indicated. Change to US.

Same issue.  Happens on the plan my cruise area only for me.  There is no way to change the language on that page.  On the home page it has the correct display and is set properly.  I tried to change it to Spanish and then back to English but that didn't work.
