Dob6854 Posted April 8, 2022 Report Posted April 8, 2022 (edited) I'm a multiple repeat RCCL cruiser. I have another cruise upcoming in may. RCCL has this reservation completely fouled up. I've tried for 2 months to get corrected. Nobody will even answer my requests. The voicemail box at corporate headquarters in Miami has been full for 34 days. I finally just gave up. Tony Daniel Posted December 2, 2022 Report Posted December 2, 2022 I can’t believe how poor RCCLs customer service is. Shocking!!! Emails take 5-6 weeks to reply and then they don’t address the points detailed. 2hr wait to speak to a customer service rep. It has really turned me off RCCL. Quote

Now that the Black Friday barrage is behind them, your wait times should also subside. You might seek the services of a travel agent, they'll do the calling for you and often can save you money over direct booking, but it will never be more than direct.
