Hysterically bad customer service

I'm a multiple repeat RCCL cruiser. I have another cruise upcoming in may. RCCL has this reservation completely fouled up. I've tried for 2 months to get corrected. Nobody will even answer my requests. The voicemail box at corporate headquarters in Miami has been full for 34 days. I finally just gave up. Shame on RCCL..Daniel O'Brien

I wouldn't use email to communicate with them @Tony Daniel.  Now that the Black Friday barrage is behind them, your wait times should also subside.  You might seek the services of a travel agent, they'll do the calling for you and often can save you money over direct booking, but it will never be more than direct.
