We do buy and cancel all the time. As the above posts have stated just watch and wait. Black Friday, other holidays and the out of the blue sales when nobody is watching and they will pop up a sale. NON STOP Too many issues crop up now a days. D.F.W. has been a thorn in our side for years. Then again so are some of the others as well. When we went to Barcelona 2 years a go we were on United and we were supposed to fly from Knoxville to Chicago to Frankfurt to Barcelona. Chicago was closed due to weather so we were routed thru Atlanta on Delta to Barcelona. Only problem was we lost our business class seats on the long flight and we were in separate rows. Got to Barcelona fine and got reimbursed for the business seats. The main thing was we got to Barcelona a day early and earlier than the original flights. That was actually a godsend as I had a crown come off on the flight over seas and I was able to get it re cemented on the day that we got in to Barcelona at 11 a.m. and not 3:30 p.m.

Ok Us too. We are literally looking at 3 more cruises to add to 2 already made as it must something in the air and or the water. Perhaps even this site. It just has to be this site. Can`t go this summer as I have a knee replacement surgery coming up in July. Otherwise we would have another possibly booked.

We always do next cruise and ask for any and all possible discounts : Senior, Military, State, Crown and Anchor status. Then when we get home we call our travel agent and transfer the cruises over to her and receive additional on board credits and a bottle of wine and whatever else they may throw our way. We then proceed to watch the price of the cruise to see if it drops and get the price reductions as well. Next cruise will not be giving you anything more than what is available. They are very helpful with a lot of ideas and have helped us decide where and when to go and so on and so forth.

We did the Greek isles out of Barcelona on Brilliance in Sept of 2016 and can`t wait to go back. Loved all of the stops . Especially The Greek ports. Our favorite is Santorini, Greece. Should you stop there and like wine by all means do the Santorini wine adventure thru Amazing Santorini.com. And if you stop in Rome do the excursion thru the ship that goes to the Vatican. It is very pricey but worth every cent paid. Our cruise price and air fare were really great so we did this cruise and were so glad we did. We just did Rhapsody in Feb. and would do that ship again in a heart beat. Everything about that ship was great.

We are spoiled as well. Just did our first and not last J.S. this past Feb. Can`t beat the double points either. We as well were also surprised at the fast pace as to which J.S. seem to fill up when we booked our future cruises. Congrats on Diamond and enjoy the cruises.

Jay you could get the premium drink package you will get the soda cups when you get on board. Give the soda cups to the kids and they can get soda whenever they want. Unless you will be drinking 4 to 5 drinks a day it might be more cost effective to buy individual drinks and get the kids one or 2 cans of soda a day. Welcome to the blog. Enjoy the cruise.

Book on board and get to the ship early so as to book your massage and get a good time and price. And then make any other bookings you may need to make. Yes as others have stated port days and the first day have very good deals. The adage the early bird gets the worm is very true. And yes you will get a good massage. The on board specials are much better than the online special offers.

No NHL televised but lots of cricket and soccer matches will be televised. Washington Capitals in 5 is my guess. And I am still a die hard Blackhawks fan.

No more life jackets is so wonderful. Friends of ours were on a carnival cruise 2 weeks ago and 1 person did not show up for the muster drill. They went to his cabin and found him drunk as a skunk. They proceeded to remove him from the ship. And sailed off into the sunset without him. Most muster drills are on the deck but can be held in various other locations. Especially during inclement weather.

No customs forms at the Tampa port after our February cruise either. We were informed that they have been discontinued. Two or three questions with the customs agent and we were done. Getting to the terminal between 10 and 10:30 a.m. allows you to get a close up or lower level parking spot. Most everyone from the arriving cruise has disembarked and left. And those leaving won`t be there for a while. It is also very worthwhile to do walk off where you take your luggage with you and disembark as soon as the ship has been cleared by customs. We just love that option. No more waiting for a number to be called.

We love Baltimore. Our son was stationed at Fort Meade for 2 years and his ship was christened there a swell. The harbor is a fun time. Comic Conn was going on and that is a an unbelievable experience. And the food is great.
