I'd mention it to an officer.  Have you had the top tier yet?  Politely ask to speak to the hotel director or ask guest services to tell the HD to call you.  On Oasis class the HD has an executive assistant that handles a lot of the daily stuff as well.  Even they would be a good position to mention it to.
If she is that way with you she is probably that way with other guests and there is an opportunity for some additional training or re-assignment into a more suitable position.  If enough people speak up they will listen and take it seriously.
Otherwise she will just go on like that and other guests will get the same treatment.  Don't wait until you are home, deal with it on board.

The photographers only ask for your cabin number. As long as everyone gives your cabin number I'm sure you'll be ok?.!

Sure,  they take your picture most nights at dinner, all throughout the ship in the evening, on the pool deck during the day, and on the pier at each port. Many opportunities to have pictures taken. I purposely got on one knee and proposed to my now wife after the Capt. reception during the photo shoot and have amazing professional pictures of the moment now.

...and Majesty is a perfect first time cruise. You get the feel for it and leaves you wanting more. People say go for the big ships first but there's not much new left after you go on the big guns!

My wife and I raised three kids.  All were of legal age when this tragedy happened.

Throughout their youth, We managed to keep all of them from falling out of windows despite never having been made aware of the risk by a frivolous lawsuit.

We went to Chops when we boarded Nov24 to make dining reservations.  There were others already there making their reservations so we went over to Central Park 150 to make the reservations.  You can make reservations for the entire week there.  All three of the restaurants in Central Park were open for taking reservations, even though they weren't open for dining.
You will also be able to make additional reservations using the Royal Caribbean app on your smart phone, but it's easiest to go ahead and secure the initial reservations as soon as you board.
I would avoid going to the MDR to make these reservations as they will also be dealing with folks making the MDR reservations and can be crowded.
Do NOT let them tell you that hibachi is not covered.  It is in writing on the website that it is covered on Royal Caribbean's website.  Stand your ground and have them make your reservations.  Hibachi is the only one that doesn't show up in the smartphone app, but you can visit Izumi to verify your reservation with them.
We did Portside BBQ on boarding day for lunch as it wasn't crowded at all and we wanted to try it out.

    1) Check projected weather at all destinations - you mentioned thermals, but sometimes other clothes necessary, as  mentioned in Dublin layers.
     2) Know your air carrier's luggage limitations, and weigh your luggage!
    3) Have copies (paper or electronic) of all reservations.

Welcome @JetlaggedAgain, and see you on Oasis!  There are a bunch of us crazy Insiders on this sailing, so you will see quite a few RCBlog t-shirts around the ship.  Please feel free to stop any of us and say hi!!

Based upon our trip there on our own before a cruise and some feedback I have seen here, I would suggest that if there is an RCL excursion that may be your best option.  They cover the transportation, admission and from what I understand they give a bit of a priority to the bus tour around the site.  We spent 2 hours waiting in line for the bus tour which takes a large chunk of your time.  Also the RCL excursion will ensure you get back to the ship on time.
