I don't know if Royal offers it directly but through a travel agent you can establish up to three scheduled payments before final payment due date.  Once setup it's automated, so much on this date, so much on another date, or full payment a week before final payment is due.
Once they sold your cabin to someone else they were not going to kick that person, who paid in full, off the cruise for you.  It's not Royal's job to remind you to pay the amount that you agreed to,  That's on you.  Hard lesson learned the hard way.   Take responsibility and stop blaming Royal.

Well behaved guests of all ages are welcome.
It's the misbehaving guests regardless of age that are the problem.  Some entitled parents go on vacation from their parental duties when they cruise.  Most parents do not.  It's the bad apples that impact us all.

You don't like RC's policy changes, so you're going to take it out on the hardworking crew who have absolutely no say over those changes.  Wow.

We have purchased the Key several times now and will continue to do so as long as the price is a good one.

We stayed that the Marriott also.  There were 4 of us and one was having to use a knee scooter which made getting a taxi (one big enough) hard to come by so the hotel staff took us in their van (cost of a total of $25).  The people at the hotel were great.

We had The Key for our last cruise and purchased it for our December cruise on the Wonder.  From reading many of the different posts on this, there seems to be mixed opinions on if it's worth it.  Personally, I think it's worth it, especially if you're not high on the point/level system yet.

I like to get on the ship as early 10:30am and off the ship as soon as the ship is cleared by customs. The vacation is over and it’s time to go home and get the new round of guests on as early as possible.

    Dear Matt,
My wife and I decided to celebrate our 50th anniversary as a Star Class passengers on Oasis of the Seas based upon what we learned from you and your Royal Caribbean blog on YouTube. We thank you and your blog for a wonderful cruise.
    Based upon your advice:
We scoured recent Cruise Compasses for Oasis of the Seas. When our  Royal Genie, Derrick Martis (who made our cruise magical), contacted us prior to the cruise, we texted him a list of what we wanted to do. Upon boarding, Derrick presented us with a full schedule (date, time and location) of everything we asked for. Unfortunately the Aqua Show was cancelled because of a hydraulic leak.
We checked in (including the health questionnaire) online and got to the ship at our scheduled boarding time so boarding was a snap. We went directly to our muster station. This entire process, curb to cabin, took less than 30 minutes. Also, we bought yellow highlighter, the plastic luggage tags and metal hooks. The luggage tags and highlighter were really helpful, however you should know that suite 1701 on Oasis of the Seas has wallpaper on drywall so the metal hooks don’t stick. It was pretty funny going from surface to surface trying to find non existent metal for the hooks and repeatedly watching them fall to the floor.

Starting night 1 we went to the Trellis bar in Central Park to enjoy the beautiful view, the Blue Hawaiians (Trellis bar special) and a musician playing Spanish music on an acoustic guitar. Having the Ultimate Drink package allowed us to find quiet spots around the ship for a drink rather than the hubbub of most of the bars. Likewise, the Ultimate Dining package allowed us to eat all our meals in specialty restaurants. Believe it or not, we never made it into the Windjammer (first time in 8 cruises). There was no need. The Royal Genie made sure we had all our desired food, drinks and snacks in our cabin.
We saw Cats, the broadway musical, on board. The performers were excellent with wonderful voices and energy. The best show was the Ice show where the colors and pageantry were show stopping but the physicality of the performers stole the show. This one comic skater kept smashing into the fence to stop his momentum. Then he would jump into the stands and sit in a woman’s lap or kiss her hands; all unexpected and very funny. There was even a mind blowing demonstration of sand art that left the crowd in awe.
Oasis of the Seas was our 8th Royal Caribbean cruise and our best. We were able to take advantage of everything on board the ship because we knew what to ask for. Thank you!!
Harmony in June (40 days to go). MarioSteve

If the people in the second cabin are your minor children, then you can link the cabins at the photo desk and they will be included.  We did this last winter.

We’re on Allure right now and having a great time. We’ve noticed some changes in the Windjammer this cruise. They now close at 9 pm, it’s been 11 pm since I started cruising 20 years ago, and the selections are much less. The food is still very good, but waiting in line for ten minutes at 9:30 for Sorrentos or Promenade Cafe isn’t welcome. For the first time since my cruising career began I’m feeling a little leery of what might be coming. The changes on this trip are so noticeable. If they are having to make these types of cutbacks, what else is going to get cut back? We’re fine with the one per day House keeping, that’s been no problem, but it does feel a little odd to basically not see your room attendant at all.

whitsmom reacted to twangster in Illnesses on board. Expected?
These days if someone's shoe laces are untied it makes it onto social media.
I'm reading a lot about the history of the Panama Canal as I prepare for a cruise.  In those days it took months to sail from France to Panama.  Over those two months there was no communication with the world off the ship.  Then when the ship did finally get there it was extremely costly to send a wire to report that you made it there.  More commonly you might write a letter that took two months to sail back home on a ship.  Four months later... "We've arrived".
Nowadays if someone takes their shoes off while on an airplane the entire world knows about it before the plane is halfway to wherever it's going.
It seems everyone feels compelled to report every medical incident these days.  People have medical events.  At home I hear sirens during the day and that's probably someone having a bad day.  If everyone were to take pics of every ambulance going by it would make for a very long day going through your feed.  Yet that's what is happening now with cruises.  The downfall of social media and constantly being connected.

Hyper conscious and spreading stories of getting sick on social media are my guesses.  I honestly don't think the frequency of illness has changed on cruises, we just hear about it more.
