Just got a text regarding our 10-3-21 Allure.  This is the first half of a B2B for us (also on 10-10) so looks like we won't be going on the 10-3 sailing.  Chances are these would be cancelled in the end anyway if they haven't changed their policy of vaxxed only in the casino by then.

I’d say that #1 is the most likely. Considering Royal Caribbean themselves have said that the ships end up being around 90% vaccinated anyway, they probably don’t care too much about losing the unvaccinated. 
 
#2 & #3 affect a lot more people than #1, so I would imagine they’d take the route of least annoyance to customers here. 

If I were Royal Caribbean, I'd be looking at adding a St. Thomas visit on every sailing from a Florida port. ?

That's going to churn a whole lot of itineraries.  Plan to replan, repeat.

Hopefully this wasn't addressed anywhere else (if it was I apologize) but am I reading correctly that all USVI ports now require all passengers aboard a cruise to be vaccinated or the ship cannot dock? Also, from what I understand RC is not canceling those ports just making a vaccine mandatory for anyone boarding whos itinerary includes a stop in USVI. Is that correct?

My grandmother used to take my sister and I to a place called Happy Land on Siesta Key in Sarasota for lobster night.  It was an AYCE which was rare then   This was in the late 50s or early 60s.  They had this huge revolving salad bar which was unusual then also.  The first time I grabbed my salad plate to go to the salad bar my grandmother took the plate from me,  tapped me on the back of the head and said  "You are here to eat lobster"

She tested positive.  End of story. 
The mix up that resulted in her getting a bracelet did not cause her to become infected.   
She knows her vaccination status.  She chose to play like she was vaccinated using the bracelet to go into areas she knows she didn't belong.  The signs don't say "purple bracelets only", the signs read "Vaccinated Guest Area".  She knew she was breaking the rules.

Got a free ride home in a private jet.  Hard to complain about that.
Mixups are going to happen.  No system will ever be perfect.   
She needs to take accountability for her actions rather than trying to cast shade on the cruise industry.

If you're sailing out of Port Canaveral (or just missing lobster night from all the cancelled cruises like I do) there's an AYCE lobster place about 50 minutes away in Orlando. It's like pre-gaming (or post-gaming if your stomach can handle it) for the real deal on the boat ?

If didn't use a TA you can use an automated system: Call 866-562-7625 then options 4 then 2 then 1. Follow the directions at this point, should be asking for booking confirmation. It should tell you and then send it to the email on file.

Sorry CC, but, they aren't snails. They are escargot which is a French delicacy and especially prepared on RC ships. If you like a buttery sauce with over tones of garlic, these will rock your boat (sorry for the pun). The escargot have a very mild-almost not there flavor and the tenderness of sautéed scallop. The combination of the sauce, or what's left of it after the escargot have been consumed, a nice white white (I prefer a Pint Grigio) and that bread soaking (sopping) up the sauce is a taste bonanza that will not soon be forgotten. If you think you will still be afraid to try them, I recommend copius amounts of dry martinis before you enter the dining room. ?

Look on your sea pass card and see what deck and table number your assigned.  Sometime before sailway when your exploring the ship when you first get on go by the dining room your assigned and find your table (yes you allowed to go in the MDR).  This will save you time on the first night so you don't have to wait in line for a server to show you to your table.  Just walk past the lines and go right in to your table.

Hi Everyone!
We are brand spankin' new to Royal Caribbean and sailing December 19th on the Harmony of the Seas. We were originally booked with Carnival (which is who we have previously always cruised with). Our original sailing with them was December 18th but they pulled a dirty and cancelled one of our seven room reservations because one person in our party is on oxygen. It wasn't the cancellation that got my goat but the way it was handled. They offered to rebook us for January 1st (apparently something magical would have happened with COVID between the 18th and the 1st I guess?) but I politely declined (Ok...truth be told maybe it wasn't so polite), accepted a full refund, and contacted RC who gave me a fantastic deal but I digress....
If anyone has any tips or advice for a bunch of first-timers I would greatly appreciate it!

We booked Boardwalk Balconies. I did read they can be a little noisy but they looked so cool!
