On Anthem a few months ago, we had connecting rooms. From the hall, the right room had couch by balcony, bed by RR. The left room had bed by balcony, couch by RR. 
 
In my case, left was best - had a spot on bed right by balcony door, wonderful air and sound for sleeping.

Hampton Inn and Suites Staten Island, New York Hotel (hilton.com)  (free basic breakfast, perfect for pre-cruise)

We used Staten Island Ferry for a day in Manhattan.  Then super-easy ~20 min drive over the Bayonne Bridge.  Also some great pizza nearby -

And if the season is right (they shut down) -

Beci was very responsive to my query a few months ago. Otherwise TA stands for Transaction Administrator. Haven’t heard a peep since final payment at 90 days. 
 
So glad for this board - just about everything I’ve learned to optimize our vacation investment and make advance/final plans at 90-60-30-ish days came from here. 

Just checked in, went live ~3 min after midnight. Got 10am check in, plan to be in line 9:30. 
 
Had to input all info for 5 persons, getting a check in time came last. Others have posted to skip data entry to get to a time faster, but site was playing hardball and wouldn’t let me proceed without doing all of it. 

Yep was online, not using app, that was a distinction I didn’t realize from reading about check in and show time. But it all worked out. 
We’ll be staying overnight nearby and will load up on breakfast and coffee to deal with the morning chaos.
