  1. If we ever sea-stumble our way back to Nassau, we won’t get off the ship.
  2. If I’m ever on another ship that parks at Nassau, we’re not getting off the ship.
  3. On Anthem a few months ago, we had connecting rooms. From the hall, the right room had couch by balcony, bed by RR. The left room had bed by balcony, couch by RR. In my case, left was best - had a spot on bed right by balcony door, wonderful air and sound for sleeping.
  4. We sailed a few months ago. Laser tag reappeared later in the cruise. No cost, just like bumper cars in SeaPlex.
  5. Is there a baseline difference for jr suite vs balcony, pp pn, to help judge whether good/bad deal to go for jr suite instead of balcony? Is there a common range to keep in mind? e.g. $100 pp pn = good deal, $1,000 pp pn = bad deal? Really just about living space.
  6. Stories about cruise price escalation are all over the internet. Market is very strong.
  7. Was on Anthem in April, booked it a couple months in advance @ 160 ea. But was like an open secret on board, never appeared in CP. Only one other family joined us. Good experience.

  9. Dump Nassau forever (new private beach club notwithstanding).
  10. Will RC do some new but smaller ships? Like airlines do for mid-tier routes? Don’t need a huge jet for every destination, city pair, etc.
  11. If you're driving and want something different, consider Staten Island (we stumbled onto the idea during Boy Scout camping trip) - Hampton Inn and Suites Staten Island, New York Hotel (hilton.com) (free basic breakfast, perfect for pre-cruise) https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/ewrsigi-hilton-garden-inn-new-york-staten-island/ (no free breakfast, unusual for this brand) We used Staten Island Ferry for a day in Manhattan. Then super-easy ~20 min drive over the Bayonne Bridge. Also some great pizza nearby - Joe & Pat's Pizzeria And Restaurant | Staten Island, New York (joeandpatsny.com) Denino's Pizzeria & Tavern | 718-442-9401 (deninossi.com) And if the season is right (they shut down) - Ralph's Italian Ices & Ice Cream, 501 Port Richmond Ave (near Denino's)
  12. Likewise on Anthem recently, I think it’s a known thing. Probably separate booking system completely. We just reconfirmed early and got an appointment card.
  13. OK thanks. Don’t see it yet on Home Screen… maybe Sat for Sun departure? Like the final health check? “Step One: Select "Safety" from the Home Screen on our mobile app or by selecting "Safety Briefing" on your in-stateroom television, and follow the on-screen instructions. Step Two: Proceed to your assembly station” Update - now I see it. On middle screen, in banner on bottom.
  14. Where to find this muster video in advance? On app and/or website/CP? Family could huddle in front of laptop the night before?
  15. Thank you. I’ll aim to share mine from next month.
