For future reference always request copies of the Royal Caribbean booking invoice for all cruises and if any updates are made, changing cabins, price adjustments, etc., request a new copy of the booking invoice.

Guilty as charged......I empty the grounds and refill the beans whenever required, just like at home.

An influx of new D/D+/P members is a good problem for the company.  
Time and again I see threads on “the problems” with so many loyal returning guests.  Hello?  That isn’t a problem.  That’s a great thing and proof the loyalty program is doing precisely what it is designed to do.  It’s a phenomenally successful program and from the company perspective it’s a major win.  
Returning guests who dislike being among so many other loyal returning guests is only a “problem” in the minds of those that choose to make it so.  

Honestly, from this point forward, current pricing is going to be the biggest barrier to reaching a new tier. Even at emerald , seeing actual benefits (outside of perhaps a different colored sea pass card) at this level requires a microscope.

It takes a considerable amount of time to get to the Gulf of Mexico. If the boat leaves at 4pm I think it will be past 10 or 11 when the ship gets to some open water. You'll certainly pass some barge traffic along the way. 
Shortly after leaving NOLA you'll pass a Domino sugar factory on the port side, I always think to myself 'Wow, this facility is there just to service Cafe du Monde.'

I presume that stage is exclusively for the locals to use during Carnival and the Goombay Festival. Much like the grandstands that are left up year round and--quite strangely--take up some seemingly very valuable real estate on Bay Street.
I think it is wonderful that part of the port of Nassau is dedicated for use by the residents of Nassau since it is they who the area was taken away from. 
OTOH, let me be the first to say, Mother Nature does not want a great big canvas sail to be installed on the island of New Providence. Someday soon she is going to let the port of Nassau know how little she wants a great big tall anything to be in the Bahamas.

It needs a new motor, and cannot be fixed until it goes to Dry Dock. I was onboard in September and that is what we were told by crew.

Not everyone is eligible for Royal Up. First, you have to be signed up to receive marketing emails from Royal. Second, if you have 4+ plus on the reservation (in a single cabin), that can take you out of the running as well. Also, depending on who you booked through, it is well known that big box agency bookings also do not participate in the RU program. There's probably other conditions too, but those are the ones I know of.

The convention center hotels are pretty easy access to the cruise port, walking distance if you can handle luggage. I find walking is easier than getting a ride to the port if possible.  There's a trolley stop in front of the port that will take you down into the Quarter easily enough if you want to spend time there.

$10 Pass bet is single odds
$15 Pass bet allows Single odds on 4/10, $20 odds 5/9, $25 odds 6/8
$25 Pass bet allows Double odds on all numbers
$50 and up Pass bet allows 3x4x5x odds.

They had $5 min bet on Symphony last Dec.

Royal has an unusual tiered odds policy on their craps tables. Like all things craps, it's a confusing mess.
Here is the typical craps situation on Royal Caribbean:
$10 minimum. $500 Max bet. Bets over $50 are allowed 3/4/5 odds, Pass line and Come bets under $50? Single odds. Don't Pass and Don't Come max odds are capped at $300 (for the obvious reason).  If a ship has two craps tables, the rules will be the same at both. The craps table rules are constant, Royal won't have a lower table minimum on an afternoon sea day for example. More often then not these are going to be the rules/policies so this should be your expectation.
 
Are there exceptions? Yes there are. I've seen $15 tables (but not in 10 years). Never have I seen a $5 table. I've seen $1,000 max bets on Quantum class boats. Most notable: often you will be allowed the odds @Peter D described for bets more than $15.  So...Expect the above but you gotta ask when you step up to the table. Different ships can have different rules.
 
Sidenote: I am not aware of anywhere online that keeps an up to date database of ship to ship craps rules/policies, but it sure would be nice. Calling Casino Royale ahead of time will not get you the answers you are looking for. And as always....Radiance does not have craps tables.
