We use Chris Owens (sorry MEI). He's always been great and available at any time for us (he's replied to emails within an hour, even in the middle of the night and weekends). He just spent 2 hours on the phone Friday and got us a cabin upgrade, this after our final payment date, with no loss of OBC. I'm sure we'll also find a couple of bottles of wine, finger foods and some type of gift when we sail. THANKS CHRIS!!???

Besides same waitstaff, you're at the same table every night. You also know you don't need to rush because your table is yours. Knowing what time you're definitely/probably eating sometimes makes it easier to plan your night around. But these could all be things that might make My Time Dining a better option for you.

We're on Symphony May 2. Our Grand Suite dropped a lot after final payment. After an hour with RC out TA got us an upgrade into an Owners Suite no extra cost and we keep our OBC.

Just got our RoyalUp email today, 59 days out. Not going to. Happy where we are in a Grand Suite. Don't feel it's worth any bid to upgrade. Lowest bid to upgrade to Star Class is $900 PP for the ATS 2 BR.

Per Royal Caribbean's Royal Up site, "Your bid is priced per person and based on two guests per stateroom for the entire length of your cruise. So you only get charged for the first and second guests." Basically your bid X2, one time charge if accepted.

It looks like you've covered pretty much the essentials: Food, drinks, things to do. As long as you're not buying everything you see in the ship's shops or spending time in the casino you shouldn't have a big bill at the end of your cruise. Just plan on some spending money for port shopping and you should be fine.

Agreed. Has happened to us before. We got a letter in our cabin showing the new date/time and that our reservation was still good.

Agree with @dodgestang. Why fake 2 extra passengers? Cabin may be for 4 people, but I think that just means max capacity. Not that you have to have that many to book the cabin. As far as the drink package. All adults must get it if one gets it. But call RC Customer Service. They can help with an exception to policy.

If remembered correctly, think there's a Blue Mountain Coffe store within the port shopping area. If not, there was definitely multiple shops selling it. All comparably priced.
