Had a female porter in Ft. Lauderdale years ago.  She was "6 foot four and full of muscles."  Some guy tried to jump the line in front of us at the Customs line.  She asked him nicely to move to the back of the line.  He refused.  She said "I will knock you out."  He moved.  My money was on her for the KO.

You know, it's depressing enough just putting your luggage outside on the last night. But then having to find them and then drag them through customs is REALLY depressing. Thank God for the porters! I wish I had one at home to unload my car, unpack the luggage and get the laundry going. I asked my wife if she would be willing to do this on our next cruise (74 days).....I won't repeat what she said nor what she told me to do with my dirty laundry.

Thanks for reminding me @CruisingKitty! Apologies for the delay; things have been wild since coming back! (Returning to work, adopting kittens, legal paperwork, etc ?)
Everything went off fabulously and without a hitch! Our coordinator met with us the night before, had us double check all the documents for spelling, and went over our package choices with us to make sure everything was still good. They even took my tiny selfie stick/Bluetooth tripod to get it set up the night before so there was no surprise with it the next day ? 
It was just the two of us so very low key, but that was exactly how we wanted it. It was perfect for us!
Our photographer was also fantastic and captured every big moment! I'm so thankful to the entire Royal Caribbean team for making our day so incredibly special. ❤️ 
And everyone on the ship was so kind, stopping us to congratulate us even days after because they recognized us ?

I have had itineraries altered due to weather.  It can be disappointing.  Also a sea day in bad weather is no fun.  The Captain and Royal does everything to find fair seas and sunshine.
I've missed the old CocoCay several times due to high wind and seas and Jamaica once due to Hurricane Sandy.  Still had a great time on my cruises.

The cabana attendants  will get wine and champagne from the bar and any other mixed drink if you have the drink package

I don't see it that way at all. I think of it as "a la carte pricing".   Instead of charging a much higher fee, and making everything included, you pay for what you do want to use.  If everything was complimentary, you'd still be paying for it, and probably paying for things you might not want.  Some people don't drink alcohol - should they be subsidizing my consumption?  I don't want photos, no point having that cost blanketed in when I have no need or want for them.  If the price of the extras matches your perceived value of it, go for it.  If not, there's still plenty to do.  

Here today. 2nd day they are open. It's amazing.
