If you do the bridge tour you can see they have a good view of all the balconies from the wings down each side of the ship.
They even have binoculars if something catches their eye ?
They may even send a naked naked naked call on the Internal PA

Just as long as you understand that your balcony is "not that private".

Also depending on your location, you could be in direct view of a ship camera like we were...but everyone has different comfort levels with their own bodies.

There is no rule against it.  Someone I met at Diamond happy hour told me their adults kids enjoy "naked breakfast" on their balcony, something I've never heard of before.  To each their own.

Can a person sit on their balcony nude while at sea as long as you don't stand up to the railing?

You can, but I don't recommend it. Depending on your location, people fore and aft might have a clear view onto a decent chunk of your balcony space. And on some ships, cabins on higher decks are able to see the balconies of cabins lower down.
All of this is assuming an ocean view balcony, not something like a central park / boardwalk balcony on Oasis class ships where you have the people on the other side of the ship able to see everything.

If you can manipulate it so that there is always someone from the purchasing stateroom in every photo, then you only need 1 package per family.

CruisingKitty reacted to Piggy in Digital vs. Print Photo package
Recently off the Navigator. We, wife and I, prepurchased the Digital Package. After going to the picture studio, we swiped my seapass card, as I was the one who purchased it, but it includes everyone in the cabin, similar to renting a beach bed or cabana, only 1 needs to purchase but everyone in the stateroom can use it. I was afraid of getting a USB Drive but you were asked to login to rccl.com and enter a special code that appears after you swipe your seapass card, just took a picture of it on my phone so I could set-up later back in the room. Downloading the pictures to my iPad was a breeze, but after we got home we received an email with similar things to download once we got home. We have enjoyed sharing pictures with family and friends via text, email, and social media. We also purchased 5 prints on board, the best 5, as they were $5 per or 5 for $15 since we purchased the digital package. Just needed some pretty pictures for the wall at home.  Good luck and have fun!

For all you Seattle Alaska cruisers flying to your cruise be aware that the Port of Seattle offers a free luggage valet.  This program is offered free by the Port of Seattle and does not carry a charge like the Luggage Valet program offered by Royal Caribbean at some Florida based ports.
Luggage valet is a program for those flying from SeaTac (SEA) airport.  You register around day 3 of the cruise providing your flight details then later in the cruise you will be provided special luggage tags for any checked bags you plan to fly home with.  On the last night of the cruise you place your luggage out in the hall and it will be delivered to the airport and your airline for you.  You don't have to handle your luggage again until you arrive at your destination airport.
To take advantage of this program there are eligibility criteria:
You must disembark between 7am and 9:15am Your flight must depart at 12pm or later the same day that you disembark. You must be flying from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac, SEA) You must have a confirmed airline reservation Participating Airlines:
American Airlines Alaska Airlines JetBlue Airways Delta Airlines (domestic only) United Airlines Southwest Airlines (flights between 12pm and 6pm only) Any baggage fees charged by your airline will still apply.
Remember to NOT pack any medication, valuables, identification and documentation like passports plus a change of clothes for the day you disembark.
Here is the luggage valet form that should be delivered to your cabin around day 3 of your cruise:

CruisingKitty reacted to madeline236 in Beach beds on Coco Cay
DH booked us a beach bed on South Beach although I'd prefer one on Chill. We are there Jan 29. yesterday I was trying to find out if the Oasis Lagoon is heated so was googling stuff about Coco Cay and discovered that the fine print of the brochure for Coco Cay says the South Beach ones won't be ready until Jan 31 now. I don't know what this means for my booking but for that reason alone I would strongly suggest that for Jan 28, you book chill island.

@4everwhiting   Visited the Island this past November 2019. Personally I picked and have continued to choose (on my next 2 sailings) beach beds on Chill Island. When we were there this past November the tide was out on South beach and the water wasn't as pretty to look at in my humble opinion. Add to that the construction that was going on right next to that area, they covered the best they could (could not cover the noise though) but I would ask for a "corner" bed in the front row on Chill. I believe the bed is priced for you, as you purchase it for up to 4 people as they have the bed and then 2 loungers next to it. I strongly believe it is all yours not to be shared as you have paid for it, so 2 people are fine. I believe the number 4 comes in to charge additional monies per head if more than 4 are using it. They gave us towels and a little cooler with cold water in it. Enjoy, I wish I was going with you! (also, when you book the bed only attach it to one of your names OR they will charge you for 2 beds.) Happy Vacation

Hang out at Captain Jack's on the island.  Captain Jack is a bar, but there is live music throughout the day, swing seats and a fun vibe.  It's also completely shaded and tends to get a nice breeze.

Current 2020 on board CAS offers.  These are from Anthem but pretty standard across the fleet and if nothing else validation that not much has changed.

Welcome to the forum, Shawna!   You're kind of writing it as though Royal Caribbean is reading it.  ?  Just be aware that the site isn't affiliated with Royal Caribbean itself.  But I agree with some of your ideas!
I love lazy rivers.  But I would like them to put it on Coco Cay.   A ship just isn't big enough to make a long enough one.

You could book BOTH a balcony and an interior stateroom that is right across the hall from your balcony. If two adults, book an adult in each room. Then, go to guest services to swap around room keys. Then, you also have TWO bathrooms! And! The adults get the balcony!!

It certainly is. Just because you can do it does not mean you should. Moreover, if you were to ask RC if this is allowed, of course the answer would be no.

I pretty sure the casino is in Aus/NZ. I don't recall anyone smoking in them here. Both countries have pretty tight smoking laws so people would not expect to be able to smoke except outside in a designated area.

I am not sure I would have taken out travel insurance for this trip but it is one of those cases where it would have paid off.

As crappy as air lines have gotten, I am developing the opinion that any time you fly travel insurance just might be worth it, especially if its for an expensive vacation.

I'm wondering if self-serve ice cream is going to start being phased out due to hygiene concerns.  I believe they changed it on Navigator during the amplification.  I wish they'd done that on Mariner because it was just a gross mess with children attempting to serve themselves, ice cream not ending up in the cones, and their sticky, dirty, hands all over everything. I got one once, and it all just grossed me out so badly that I never went back.
