Agreed.   We are booking an all-inclusive ocean front suite at the Hyatt in Puerto Vallarta for less than an Ocean Balcony on Royal will cost at the same time.  Can eat all the pizza, steak, hibachi, Italian, Mexican, and all the drinks we want 24/7. 
Cancun and D.R. have amazing deals that cost even less.

Maybe they should just go all the way and charge for a second entree like MSC. The dinner roll is free but butter will cost ya. More revenue, woo hoo. Ketchup for you burger, that will cost ya. 
Listen I absolutely love Royal Caribbean but in my opinion charging for Sorentos would be wrong in every single way. 

I guess you are the only one on my side on this. The rest think we should just wait for to happen and then piss and moan. And then they will say, brat is complaining about 10 bucks for pizza when they just spent thousands on a vacation, they can afford it. 

oh my gosh that looks delicious!  We are going to 150 for the first time in a couple of weeks! Looking forward to try it.  We were thinking of ordering the tenderloin for 2 as well. 

Nah!!... We always get MTD and make reservations @ 6:30-7:00 PM and the longest line we had was 2-3 couples ahead of us. We ask for the same table and wait staff so we get the MDR experience but at MY Time.

Honestly, sounds like fun to me, lol. I could throw it at my $1 slice from Sorrento’s. 

I've been to places with axe throwing. They use real axes. Also they were bars. People did shots between throwing an axe. So not crazy to think they might really be considering it. Apparently drinking and throwing axes is becoming a thing. 

Sadly someone did point out that surveys over the past 9 months did actually turn out to come true. Remember people said the same thing you just did about menu's changing, housekeeping, etc. Unfortunately all did come to pass. Let's hope this breaks the trend, but I doubt it. 

Maybe make it a policy that those who wheelchair on (first) must also wheelchair off (last). Would require the crew to pay attention, but there should be a way to enforce it. Maybe the air marshal assigned to a flight could be the "muscle."

@Yo2slick I agree about the benefits that SWA provides.  After some big whoopsies on the part of SWA, I have definitely looked at other airlines, and even other modes of travel (car or train), but I always come back to SWA because of the customer service, the bags fly free (for now), and the fact that I can use points for an almost free flight.  We'll see how long it takes before I am simply driving to port cities and not even bothering with flying!

Yeah the entire I need a wheelchair thing and then walking off the airplane with no assistance is total crap and needs to be addressed.  
That being said, being able to reprice my ticket at anytime and receive a credit or refund that never expires and can be transferred to another rewards member it pretty freaking awesome.  I had to call SWA yesterday to ask a question about an upcoming flight and was off the phone in 5 minutes.  Last time I called AA it was 4 hours.  
I guess its give and take but for the money SWA offers a ton of value.

After much contemplation and having tried Sky Class on Quantum previously, i've finally decided to splurge on a Star Class experience. It'll be a 5D4N trip on the Spectrum of the Seas departing from Singapore, heading to Phuket and Penang.
I've been lurking on this blog and researching all that I can about Royal Caribbean in the past few years so I'm super excited! Thank you all for sharing your wonderful experiences on this blog. Always felt like I was living vicariously through your stories and now I can't wait to experience SC for myself 😅
 

Yes, we just did this in June. I was lazy and booked through Royal. Next time I will book a private driver like @wordell1 suggested. The animals were fantastic, we felt the love by the caretakers. The rum and chocolate was tedious, I did not enjoy as it was crowded beyond measure at the little place for rum and chocolate they took us to. We did go to an iguana farm as well. The WORST part was they once again like most Royal excursions squished us in a tiny vehicle with knees in your throat, crowded to the point of every tiny seat taken and over bumpy roads minus any air conditioning. The transportation was abysmal, the animals were breathtaking and amazing. Next time I'm listening to @wordell1!!
 


 
 
 

We booked directly with Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth hangout for our excursion.  Was a great time with amazing people.  They offer snorkeling right next to where they are and it was great as well.   

I highly recommend Daniel Johnsons monkey and sloth hangout in Roatan.  We booked our excursion directly through them and they picked us up at the port.  They offer several packages and the one we did was their sloth hangout, snorkeling and beach hangout.  We were back at the ship a couple of hours early as I don't like cutting it close getting back.  The iguana park is pretty cool as well if you're into that.  The snorkeling was amazing, its basically in their backyard and was able to see lots of fish, lobsters ect...  Super nice people.   The sea turtle rescue in Cozumel was also a very cool experience if that is something that interests you.

I'm American and I still don't understand it.  I get tipping certain people but its gotten way out of control in the US.  I went to subway the other day and was asked if I wanted to leave a tip.....
