Literally the first thing said in any earnings call is a warning that forward thinking discussion is subject to change and not indicative of what will absolutely happen. Stocks are always risky. I don't see how this suit sees the light of day.

Seems to me the lawsuit should be aimed elsewhere.

Pretty sure most people right now wouldnt care what anyone wore in MDR if it meant they were cruising again,but of course there will still be those who just complain for the sake of it. 
 as this year has shown life is far to short to worry about what someone else is doing or wearing! 
And you never know the person you are berating for wearing shorts may be the same one you were clapping for a few months ago! Or who pulls on a uniform everday to put their life on the line to protect you and your country

Just do not like packing all the extras.  If its your thing than go for it, but we try to use a single checked back each on a 7-8day cruise.   Single use clothing items take up too much valuable luggage space.

Maybe you could guess or even make up stories which spread like wildfire on the internet! 
This 1 comment above not only questions RC as a company but also questions the morals and ethics of EVERY doctor who works on cruiselines. 
Pretty sure there is a lawyer somewhere that could look at this as being slanderish and tarnishing the name of RC and the Doctor involved when you have no evidence to back up your words

Simple fact is RC has to meet certain criteria to be able to sail.
One of this critetia will be the provision of medical services, they obviously met this criteria. 
Now should we blame RC or should we blame the medical staff? 
Even on land doctors, nurses etc make mistakes, they give the wrong diagnosis , not saying its right but it happens. 
If a doctor is saying someone is not that bad you are not going to medivac them off the ship.
