cruisinghawg got a reaction from CruisingOz in *Odyssey of the Seas Junior Suites
We had a JS, J4 on deck 7. It had a spilt BR arrangement with a tub, shower (separate) and sink on one side. Across the "hall" was the head with another sink. Our bed was just after the bathrooms and living area was next to balcony.

cruisinghawg got a reaction from Moby Dick in Parking in Fort Lauderdale
If you are coming south on 95 look for a room around Vero Beach or Fort Pierce. They are usually less expensive if that is important. That will be a 2 to 2 and half hour drive to park.
I have had great success parking at park and go on Eller. It is conveniently located at the end of I-595, there is a traffic light and a sign telling you to make u turn onto a service road that brings you right to the lot. 7 bucks a day last I looked.

We just got off 2 weeks ago and the shows were the best I have seen on any RC ship and we have been on many, so check them out. Also we eat in the solarium bistro for breakfast and lunch most days. If one has never been on an Oasis class ship they do not know its even there. Also at night we usually finish at the Trellis bar in CP. Quite and peaceful.

DeSantis is not going after any cruise line. If he was he would have already gone after carnival. That would be political suicide. And anyway all RC needs to do is stop in the Bahama's on any cruise out of FL.

I believe requiring proof of vaccination to receive service from a business in FL is prohibited under the law. However, as far as travel to another country, where proof of vaccine is a requirement for entry…then travel providers such as cruises and flights can enforce vaccination proof at the point of boarding. Even if that happens to be in FL.

After watching the video in the article link, it's pretty clear the couple didn't use a TA. Yet another great reason to enlist the help of a great TA! ?

Jeff you are a much deeper thinker than I on this subject but isn't NCL being discriminatory but not allowing patrons not vaxed to cruise?

The problem with the reservation system is that so many people reserve a seat, then don't show up.

Great job Jill, exactly right. The governor spelled out in his executive order what he was talking about by citing restaurants, movies and sporting events. So I am thinking that a rewrite will be in the works with the next session to include something like traveling destinations require proof to be exempted.
Celebrity and Carnival are sailing with vax only over 12 (and I will stand correct if false) and what have we heard from the state, crickets.
