Senior beverage package sale.

I guess they don’t thing seniors drink as much as everybody else. Just saved $189 on symphony April sailing and $165 on august ovation sailing. 
It appears the deluxe beverage package is the only item included.

Interesting.  I've never seen ANYthing in the CP listed with a senior discount....or anything other than the occasional C&A discount, for that matter.  Great find !

Yep.  Found this for my 3-12-24 Allure sailing.  I wonder if I just missed the fact that it was a senior discount.  Guess I need to look more closely !

All of my upcoming cruises are showing a Senior discount for the DBP.  I don't even use the 6 drink vouchers I get now so this is still not something that I would consider purchasing but it is very interesting and something I had not seen before.

Thanks, Leroyr55 !!  This is like a holiday gift from you!  I had just rebooked drink packages for multiple cruises yesterday for a nice savings.  Now I just did it again!  I hope I can keep track of the credit card accounting.  CRAZY, but I'm liking it.  THANK YOU !!

None of mine are showing a senior discount. Wonder what age it starts at? Not that I'd be buying it anyway since we don't drink alcohol. I do wish they'd offer a senior discount on the Internet though!

ETA, just signed in on DH's account and the senior discount is now showing up! Guess I'm too young!

Note to self: when doing my daily price check, check under his account too!

I'm 62, DH is 67. He gets it but I don't so it's somewhere in between.

Yes you can. It's 4 for Diamond, 5 for diamond plus and 6 for pinnacle.

I'm 2 points short of d+ but pinnacle is not happening in my lifetime unless I win the lottery . I agree the vouchers are a great perk. We use them mostly for fresh juice and coffee.

When will you make D+.  That’s a nice milestone to hit.
 I will be Diamond on my Icon sailing in May. I will strive for D+ as I’m enjoying cruising solo since my first solo cruise last month.

On Symphony in February.

Diamond is a big step up in terms of perks so congrats on reaching that level soon. Of course, it doesn't get recognised until the cruise after the one where you hit the required number of points but it's exciting nonetheless.

My MIL kept telling me that the drink package for our May Wonder sailing was down to $67.99/day - I was still seeing $72.99.  She is in her early 70's, I'm in my late 40's.  Definitely focused marketing effort.

Does the senior discount mean you have to mix all your drinks with prune juice or metamucil?

Yup no longer showing on mine!  Oh well…I only do refreshment package anyway…and pay if I truly want an alcoholic beverage or a (blue moon only…lol).
